Patricia Kuhn is a survivor with a powerful story to tell. Once a successful Computer Project Manager, she suffered a massive liver failure due to a prescribed medication. She fell into a coma and suffered a stroke while awaiting a liver transplant that became available literally at the last possible moment. The trauma left her severely disabled in mind and body, and the arduous recovery required great courage and faith and the unfailing support of her loved ones. In this book, she recalls these events, including the terrifying and surreal experience of the coma. She now has a mission to promote organ donation like the one that saved her life and to encourage and inform other transplant patients with her message of hope.
