Too much Christian dogma for a self-help book. Lots of good advice, but be warned that it’s pretty heavy on Christian dogma. There’s an entire chapter on why faith is important, and specifically why you should give your life to Jesus. It’s hard to put much credibility into a self-help book that tells you to turn to the writer’s preferred deity for help. Without the religious propaganda, it’s a decent read. Just be prepared for lots of its advice to be backed up by bible quotes and Billy Graham references.
