Lord f the fading lands. Cliff hanger??? What?? So I am assuming there is a continuation of this book with resolution to all the mysteries not solved??? Who ends a book like this??? I have never written a book review in 32 years of reading, that’s how upset I am!!!! !!!! CJD

Great fantasy read!. C. L. Wilson weaves a magical tale in the "Lord of the Fading Lands." I loved the characters, the imagery and the fantastical world described therein. If there isn't a sequel, I'll be hugely disappointed as I long to read the continuing story that comprises the TAIREN SOUL story. Wish I had been at that auction! I highly recommend the "Lord of the Fading Lands," especially when you are eager to escape from reality.

Outrageously good. I'll admit I was initially thrown by the decidedly hokey cover art of these books but I'm glad I overcame that. I binge read this whole series in a week and it is FANTASTIC! The world building is phenomenal, so many locations and places and i really think the incorporation of fey language helped elevate the world building, but not in a way that had me guessing what was being said. This is an epic adventure book with a heavy emphasis on a romance I didn't know I needed! I love the characters (there are a lot of them, as the books go on you get more and more standpoints which I liked). If you like Game of Thrones or any of Sarah J Maas Throne of Glass or ACOTAR you will love these, I actually like this series a little better! Highly recommend

Wonderful. I enjoyed this series a lot. She writes about a love that is soul deep and beyond...very addicting.

Highly rated book a disappointment. This is a romance based on love at first sight for male fey character. The young woman is so nonassertive in a molestation scene with Den that it damages my opinion of her character. He is her rescuer against the many two-dimensional characters that are out to hinder/sabotage the young woman and the relationship for really no good reason whatsoever. There is no adventure beyond this plot line. And to top it off the book is more expensive than most and ends in cliff hanger that doesn't resolve story- so you will have to continue to purchase from this author if you want to find out how it ends.

My Favorite Fae Fantasy!. This book/series won’t let you down! The most beautiful magical world. I hope she writes more in this world w/the Fae asap :) My favorite I have read the series 2 or 3 times now. ~

Magical. CL Wilson is absolutely amazing. She takes you into her mind and let's you explore a beautiful world. The characters will warm your heart and make you fall in love. It is a wonderful first book and the series is a definite must read.

I have re read this over and over. Great short novel set!
