Seize the Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon Book Summary
Valerius isn't a popular Dark-Hunter-he's a Roman, which means that the largely Greek Hunters have a major grudge against him and his civilization for superceding them. To make things worse, he's very conscious of his aristocratic background and breeding. So it serves him right when he runs into Tabitha Devereaux. She's sassy, sexy, and completely unwilling to take him seriously. (Not to mention that she's the twin sister of the wife of former Dark-Hunter Kyrian-Val's mortal enemy.) What Tabitha does take seriously is hunting and killing vampires-and soon she and Val have to grapple with the deadliest of all Daimons-one who's managed to come back from the dead, and one who holds a serious grudge against both of them. To win against evil, Val will have to loosen up, learn to trust, and put everything on the line to protect a man he hates and a woman who drives him nuts.

Another great book. Love the action and suspense. Ms Kenyon at her best. Enjoyed the more subdue sex scenes. Only wish the epilogue was better.
Spooky thriller. Great read, got my attention.

Seize the night. For those of I who are curious about how the character nick began his dark hunter start. This book has many twists and keeps u in the moment, of the amazing dark-hunter series.
Highly recommended. I really feel for Valerius. As a Roman Dark-Hunter he is reviled by his Dark-Hunter brethren. He was even shafted when Artemis made him a Dark-Hunter. When he meets Tabitha he is not quite sure what to think of her. She is unlike anyone that he has met before. Tabitha knows that Valerius is the sworn enemy of her brother in law, but there is something that calls out to her empathetic abilities from him. When a previous foe returns will they be able to defeat him and save everyone they hold dear? There are some very pivotal moments in this book that impact the lives of many of the characters we have come to love. Certain scenes were heart wrenching and have far reaching consequences. I love this series, and can’t wait for more.
