Do not buy this copy! Less than half the book!. Although the first part of this book is beautiful, I assumed I was purchasing the ENTIRE story! The full book doesn't seem to be available. Shame on you iBook!! Cheating us out of Morrie, Solly, Rasputin & the Crystal cave of Africa. Boo!!!!

What the heck Apple?!. I lost my school book and I needed to finish chapters 18-24 by tomorrow, so I came to the store and bought this book for SEVEN FREAKING DOLLARS. I got to the book and quickly realized that this was the entire half of the book that I did not need. Do not buy this it is a scam. If any apple personnel see this, it would be great to get a refund.

Not the Entire Novel!. This story was pretty good- it was missing bits from the actual book 😒I had to purchase the Power of One for an English assignment- I expected ALL of the novel, not just half of it- this was not stated! Now I cannot seem to find the other half and I'm not sure what to do about the rest!

Condensed Version! Why not say it in the title?. I bought this through iBooks online. Nowhere did it say it was condensed. I was trying to read it along with my audio book, and suddenly realized that chuncks were missing. Great book -- but iTunes misled me here!

Power of one. Do not read this book if you want to read the whole book. This is half, and a total disappointment.

Highly disappointed. I've read this book before and I k we something was off about it. It didn't seem to start right. It wasn't until I got to the part where Big Hettie didn't eat herself dead that I realized I was definitely missing something. I'm highly disappointed and a little p*ss*d off that the fact that this was the children's shortened version wasn't made more clear. And to top it off, you can't find the full length version through iBooks library. Waste of money.

Do not buy!. Was very disappointed to find out that I purchases only half of the story. Second part is nowhere to be found. Ridiculous!

The power of one. This is a highly abridged version of the original book. Where the original book was a continual delight, this version skipped all of the delight and left only...a shell. Over half of the text is missing. Don't bother. There should be laws against selling an abridged version without stating it's abridged. I had hoped to have an electronic copy of this excellent story. I feel robbed.

Shortened version. Extremely disappointing- this is the "condensed children's version" and not the real book. Thanks for letting us know, iTunes. Waste of money!

Warning: Don't Buy! Only Half a Book!!. Very misleading and unethical to trick buyers into purchasing a "condensed version," that ends up being a watered down version of the first half of the original. Was my first iBooks purchase and will be my last--not cool! Very bad business practice!

It's only half of the book. It's literally half of the original book! As quoted by the author, in a note, at the end of this book! My son was reading this book for a summer reading assignment. I was reading along with him on my iPad. When we started discussing the book, he had all these details and scenario's that I never read about. I felt completely cheated. To top it all, iBooks doesn't even sell the full version, so you would never stop to consider "Hey, am I buying only half a book?". It's ridiculous..... Two questions: Why not disclose that information in the books description on iBooks? Why not sell the full version?

Memorable characters. I read this book in high school and I must say it became my all time favorite I bought if after a graduated. It is told in such a way that you feel like you can pick up the phone and call the main character and hang out with him because of the character detail portrayed by the author. Definitely recommended

What a Rip Off!. I left my hard copy of The Power of One at a hotel yesterday, and was so excited to read this downloaded version but IMMEDIATELY realized half the chapter I was on (getting Big Hettie out of the sleeping cabin) was missing. I feel completetly robbed of my $6.99. Shame on iBooks!!

Readers condensed version - this is not the full novel.. I downloaded this book and book I recieved is not the full novel. I did not realize this until near the end. It does read well but I am dissappointed it is the children's version and not the full version as it indicates. None the less, not knowing the story what I read was fantastic and I could not put it down, the story rolls from tragedy to triumph, challanging our perspectives, and our ability to overcome.

Half the book. This book is a cheat, there is so much more to the book than what this ibook delivers. Do not buy, you are better off with the full, paper version
