Ok. It was ok. I couldn't get into the characters. I left off reading after chapter 3.
Worst piece of writing I have ever seen..... This was by far the worst book ever published. I hope that no one actually spends any money on this.... Couldn't finish reading past chapter 4....
The Gift. The story was interesting enough to hold my attention, however some things were not plausible. There was an odd timing between the past and the present did not add up. Story needed more time to develop more cohesively. Plot was rushed over all interesting to read.
Horrible writing. Read a few pages and couldn't continue. Seems like a rough draft with no editing. Might have a good plot idea but needs a lot of work to be ready for others to read.
Horrible!. Please don't waste your time! There was nothing remotely realistic or reasonable about this book!
Good. Very romantic. Trent's character is well made. But the ending is confusing. The son didnt make sense.
Loved it. I absolutely loved this book!
The Perfect Gift. Enjoyed This book very much :)
The perfect gift... Great book. Lives up to its title..
Perfect gift?. Terrible grammar, confusing moments, "faking" smiles? I finished it because I kept hoping it would get better. The story line was a standard romance novel but I'm glad I was just looking to kill time.
Oasis. The only thing I didn't like was the misuse use of question marks and improper sentence strictures. Other than that I would read it many times over!
The perfect gift. I read this book over and over till it got old but it never did!:)
Professional Editor?. This book has quite a few unacceptable errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation. It was under developed in certain areas and slightly hard to follow in some instances. The story line was ok( I did finish the book despite the issues), but it needs a lot of additional work.
Amazing. It was a really good book. It was heart felt and deeply moved me...
The perfect gift. Through the use of descriptive wording, Stewart brings to life the outback in full color. I was amazed and astounded at the brilliance that I visualized from reading this book. You've never believed in love at first sight and the white horsed knight...you need to read this book. From the first pages to the last words it will captivate you.
Boring. Lame dialogue and boring storyline

The Perfect Gift. Utter rubbish, badly written, complete load of drivel, seriously - don't bother! Can't believe this actually made it to print - only gave it 1 star because you can't rate zero, but even zero would be too much.
Great Read!. I really enjoyed it, was a very easy read and really didn't want to put it down! Definitely a story I'd read again!
Bored to death.. After first couple of pages, started getting bored. tried to push on somehow, already know where the story is going so not bothering to finish it. Got only as far as Ch 14.
Meh (warning, review contains plot spoilers!). The storyline is a nice idea, but not brilliantly executed - I know romances are fantasy, but there needs to be some realism in the relationships, and that was a little lacking, I think. Dialogue between characters seemed stilted and formal (not what I would have attributed to Aussies!), and relationships evolved in very strange and inexplicable ways. Why would a man fall madly in love with a woman at first sight and then start plotting to use and kill her? Why was the son's choosing the city over the Oasis a reason for such a serious family falling out to the extent of having to fake a funeral? And what exactly is an 'exuberant' hoax? Not all bad, but I wouldn't have been happy if I'd had to pay for it.

Short. Very simple not a lot of thought required and nothing like living in the Australian outback
Nice. Sweet story line. Moves a tad fast. Where is the rest of the series? I like to be able to continue whole series.
The Perfect Gift. Fabulous story it was hard to put down.
Poorly written. I understand that this is not comparable to works of Tolstoy and others but it is quite poorly written and jumps between parts where it requires explanation and yet drags out parts that do not need it

The Perfect. Very hard to read. No flow from paragraph to paragraph. Very disjointed. Had to stop after the first couple of chapters.
The Perfect Gift. Very enjoyable story line
The Perfect Gift - a dud!. Story was disjointed and extremely unrealistic. There were many typos to distract a reader. I won't be reading anything else by this writer
