A practical way forward =>. I have had the pleasure of attending New Hope in Honolulu. Pastor Wayne is one of those genuine individuals who strengthens those around him with his wonderful energy, enthusiasm and Spirit. His hunger for God and passion for leading is at the depth of his character. For any Christian or business leader who is struggling with burnout or depression and is looking for real, practical methods to help reinvigorate your Spirit, Leading on Empty gives sound advice for a way forward.

Leading on Empty. Excellent. I wish this book was around 30 years ago where I could have read the book and be better prepared for the future. However, I believe I would not have be open to the advice at the time because of being young and thought I was in control. With that said, e book is full of information of going forward from this point. It is never too late.

Leading On Empty. This book was both enlightening and encouraging. I am only beginning to embark on what it means to both rest and discover the God given potential the Lord has create me for. As long as there is a heartbeat and breath in my lungs I will seek the Lord to passionately pursue the purpose that I was created for. I plan to be a better steward of my remaining days for His glory.

Life changing. This book has changed my life. My family and ministry will both be better because of the eye opening things this author has shown me. This is a MUST READ for every pastor and leader.

Necessary. This book was recommended to me several times but I avoided it, wanting to invest my reading time in something other than learning of burn out. As a young man, I was bothered by the notion I would need such a book so early. But the encouragement of my wife, my pastor, and God, I finally gave in an downloaded it. It interrupted my day, I read it for hours straight unable to put it down. I thank God for Pastor Wayne's wisdom, as I feel confident I am now able to recognize and avoid the tragic path of burn out that I have been traveling for many years.
