The Bad Luck Wedding Dress. Charming book. I enjoyed how Jenny taught Trace how to love & forgive. The daughters were were precious, but a bit too spoiled. The suspense & humor a delight.

Great book but.... This book was great the only flaw that i could find was the with the vinegaroon. Vinegaroons don't kill peple as they have absolutely no venom, they have the same defense mechanism as a skunk and skunks don't kill.

Wonderful Romance!!. Just got tho book and decided to read and I'm sure glad I did. It's great that we actually get to see how Trace comes to love Jenny and vice versa rather than having it conveniently said before the wedding and ending. Great character development, interesting plot, and obviously a happy ending!

The Bad Luck Wedding Dress. Except for the explicit love scenes and the infrequent bad language, it was very well written. It almost seemed like the bad language was put in as an afterthought and was completely unnecessary. That being said, the story line was original, with just a little mystery and plenty of romance (although I’d rather it not have been so clearly spelled out. I skipped a good many pages because of it). I wish the books were cleaner! I would have had a new favorite author!!

Way to much...(R-rated material). Everything was over done. I thought I got a different book than everyone who wrote such great reviews. The book started out okay, then went down hill with the over the top superstition from Big Jack. Someone could have warn about the explicit sex scenes and the profanity. It just ruin the book. Nothing historical about this book, beyond the mention of the civil war. Will never read another book from this author.

Enjoyable storyline. Well written enjoyable story with characters that tug at the heart strings. Family with misunderstandings, conniving young females, stubborn men, and an even more determined woman. trying to make everyone see sense. Sounds pretty normal family fare doesn’t it....... Throw a persnickety suspicious grumpy man into the pot with a few cockeyed ideas of his own, stir it all up and enjoy the read.
