This is an eight‐week training schedule to help get you to the finish line. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced runner. There's a schedule for everyone of you. Also in the book a "Nutrition Tips" chapter, that will help you loose weight and live an healthier life. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: This book was designed in landscape mode. Before start reading it please always remember to rotate your iPad into landscape mode.

As  I always like to remind everybody, this schedule assumes that you have no major health problems, are in reasonably good shape, and have done at least some jogging or walking.
