Appeal from an order of Special Term, Hamilton County which directed the entry of judgment in favor of petitioner against respondents. On a prior appeal, this court directed the restoration of petitioner to her position of teacher in Central School District No. 1, Town of Indian Lake, New York and remitted ""the proceeding to the court at Special Term to determine under relevant rules of law the amount, if any, petitioner is entitled to be paid in salary during the period in issue"". (Matter of Boyd v. Collins, 10 A.D.2d 584, motion for reargument granted 10 A.D.2d 789 and original decision adhered to 11 A.D.2d 831.) Special Term found ""that the petitioner was ready, willing and able to resume her teaching position for the fall school year of 1957 to the date of this hearing"" and was entitled to receive her salary for this period less certain stipulated credits. We perceive no basis, either in law or in fact, to disturb the order of Special Term. Disposition Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs.
