BRADY, J. Centroplex Ford appeals from a judgment awarding damages for breach of warranty arising out of an auto repair. The suit was brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act, (hereafter referred to as DTPA), Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ann. ? 17.50, et seq. (Supp. 1987) and was tried to a jury. The jury awarded appellees, David Kirby and his wife, $28,500.00 plus attorney's fees. Appellant argues seven points of error asserting there were both jury and judicial misconduct, that an incorrect measure of damages was applied, and that there was insufficient evidence to support both the finding of breach of warranty and the awards of damages for mental anguish and attorney's fees. We affirm.
