Apps book. It is a good book if u want to find apps ! I lived it because I got my iPhone an needed apps and so it was a great book to find what the apps were about and if they were free or not I would total get this app! Bling , out :)

Ok but..... It was an ok book but most of the apps were from the UK library which made it difficult to download the app you wanted.

How bout apps you could actually NEED.. How bout a book on what apps we would like to see or should have come with the iPhone. Remember the “old” telephone recorders. They had a wonderful feature called “record”. When some attorney, cop, politician corporation, builder, or anyone that you do business with is “on record as saying” on what date, what time and what phone was used, from where? People, for some reason, forget what they promised at a later date and a simple program like this would rate as A Program was what I was hoping to find in a book on "Must Have”apps! Is it becaused it is technilogically impossible to do, rhetoric. How often do you think that you ever get recorded then demand that we should have the same capabilities that they have (at least on your personal cell phone). I have seen devices that you can carry around with all of the other stuff that you have to carry around that do record phone calls but how difficult would it be to make a digital phone dxo what an analog phone could do 20 years ago? There are plenty of other excellent app ideas out there but this book looks like a what’s what of waste of time by a company that put out a book that many people can not even download. You get what you pay for. murff

WON'T DOWNLOAD!!!!. I give it 3 bc I have no idea what the book is like bc it WILL NOT DOWNLOAD!!! No matter what! And my friend had this and said some of the apps in the book aren't good. I also can't delete the book since it won't download.

Great book. Ideal book for ipad, iPhone beginners or just ideas on what to download and what's available even for the experts

Average. Bit too obvious in choices and some don't work in the UK. Is this a generic set of apps they haven't tried?

Lazy. Simply a list of Apps that have been floating around the App store. I'd be surprised if the authors have tried some of these Apps, let alone compared them to Apps of a similar genre. You certainly won't find any hidden gems in here.

500 Must Have Apps. If you have had an iPhone, iPad etc for a little while then you probably have discovered most of what interests you yourself. This is good for a scan to see what you might have missed. If you are just starting out with an Apple device this is pretty indispensable for stocking up on apps. One piece of advice is there is no such thing as 500 "must have" apps. Don't buy everything just because you think you might be missing something. Always try the free ones first and don't assume paying for an app makes it better

Okay. This book is not the best to give you apps you don't have or know (well for me) plus it is a little confusing to read in my opinion! Although I will still rate this 2 stars:)

Not for Canada. Ok it's a great idea to have a book on all the great apps. However it's not from Canada so I don't think some would be good... The apps that cost where in Europe dollars so their is no way to know if you get it in Canada.. In short not worth getting. Unless your in Europe area.
