Thank You.. I read my scriptures every night, and today I have left my scriptures at church in attendance of a baptism. I thought to myself "What am I going to do?!" So I quickly get into iBooks, hoping that I can get it for free ( I am only 14 so I can't buy books (bookbub tells you about free books btw!! for all the fiction lovers) and here it is! For free! Im very thankful for it being provided for free. 😄

This book has changed my life. I know various people may say or think many different things about this book, and they are free to do so. But if there's one thing I know and can say without a shadow of a doubt, it is that this book has completely changed my life. It has helped me become a more loving, more happy, and more selfless individual. It has made a better person. And nothing anyone may ever say will ever change this fact for me.

Doctrine and Covenants. This book is a true testament of Jesus Christ and gives guidance on how to become more Christ like.

The Bible is the truth, and nothing but the truth.. The contradictions between the Book of Mormon and the Bible constitute a most serious obstacle to accepting the Book of Mormon as Latter-day-scripture that is supplemental to the Bible. The Bible came first, not the Book of Mormon. And whereas the Bible is organically linked to the earthly ministry of Jesus Christ by extensive surviving manuscript evidence going back as far as A.D. 125-30, the Book of Mormon is wholly lacking in any such evidences of ancient origin. It is not reasonable, therefore, to make the Bible the standard for judging the Book of Mormon, and not the other way around? If we accept the Bible as our “measuring stick” for spiritual truth, the Book of Mormon must be rejected.

Think about it. In any of your American history classes did you ever learn of the Nephite civilization? Neither did I, but the book pretends to know more than all the collective archeology of all the universities in all the world. It is dressed up in King James style English, but other than what is copied straight out of the Bible, is straight from the mind of Joseph Smith.

Bible Fan-fiction. Listen… if you actually read your Bible, no matter the translation… it proves this to be nothing but an American Fan-fiction of the Bible. Only keeping this to highlight the fallacies.

Faith. Faith. I never read in our history books at school of Noah's ark, or Moses parting the red sea, or of Adam and Eve when there is evidence of dinosaurs existing before man, or objective evidence of even the existence and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. But I have Faith in God and his promise to do nothing but reveal his secrets unto His servants, the prophets.

Book of Scripture. We members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe this book to be scripture, given by God to Joseph Smith who translated it by His power. When I read and study it, I get inspiration for myself and my family. I know it is true and comes from our Loving God.
