Back home in Luna Harbor with Kingston and Myka. This is the sixth book in the Against All Odds series and it has all the feels. Kingston is not one who is looking for any attachments or long-term relationships. However, as he is cooped up in Luna Harbor without his usual day to day activities, he is looking for a way to burn off excess energy when he winds up using a dating app. Myka, is Kingston’s best friend’s little sister, and she is looking for some fun without the attachment and winds up matching with Kingston. Imagine the surprise when these two connect. Ms. Burgoa is a master at crafting these situations that put her characters through the mill to see where the relationship goes. In this case, it is one emotional roller coaster until these two can figure things out. The push and pull between Myka and Kingston just keeps the appetite whet as the chapters unfold. It is so nice to be back in Luna Harbor with family. I recommend this book and the rest of the series.

Complicated. He’s a runner… Kingston is a playboy, a runner from all things commitment, including children. He’s down for the practice of making them, just not actually having them. Myka is interesting. She wants a child or children in this case. She’s down for a hook up but knows men don’t stay. She’s entirely herself. A mystery to Kingston and she knows he doesn’t truly know her. These two are complicated. Recommend.

Super fun. I received a complimentary kindle version of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review. This was a wonderful story but the book and story is really complicated. This is Kingston St James and Myka Cantu's story and it begins in Luna Harbor and moves to Seattle, and San Diego. They both have huge families and very complicated relationships with those families, so they don't just hookup, but they have lots of fun texting interactions and also, they really support each other. Even if they have differing Pov's they are just there for each other, and i really loved that about king and Myka. I really liked this story a lot and i was never bored. I loved getting to know these two and watching them not notice as they slip into love.

Loved it!. This book was so good. I loved how it pulled in all the characters/family members from other books but also allows the reader to follow this independent story. Myka and Kingston were quite unexpected but this book is also so emotional as their story unfolds. This is a must read from this 5 star author.

Great read. Kingston St James and Myka Cantu start out as totally opposite each other. Kingston was signing up with a dating app. Myka gave him a different solution. They were to use different names . In this story there is a lot going on. You have steam, humor and lot of love. The St James has been dealing finding some in their family. Myka is alway telling him about the rules of a hook-up. They were a hook-up the first couple of time. Then when the relationship keep going Kingston said they were friends with benefits. Kingston was alway a person Myka could lean on. Myka had to overcome her past to be able to open her heart. Kingston’s brother help him to see he was in love with Myka. He had to figure out if it fit in his plan. Kingston was older than Myka but they didn’t let that bother them. They seem to get each other.

Accidentally in Love. Loved the story between King and Meek. Awesome read. Couldn’t put it down.
