The Fundamentals of Meditation Practice. I enjoyed this book very much. It will join a growing list of similar books that I read over and over without worrying too much if I understand every word. If you are not familiar with Buddhist terms it can get a bit daunting. I often find that sometimes several hours after reading or even days I will get a little drop of insight.

Helpful. I found this book very helpful, helped me to learn one of the first steeps into astral projection, to learn to mediate I think is important to help improve yourself, I want to have an open mind about people and the world. Learning meditation I believe will help me with that and also help me become a better person, and help to achieve my goal of astral travel.
