Wonderful book. I loved this book a lot as a kid and I was rereading it to my little sister and I now realized themes I didn’t realize before. The self sustaining garden is a beautiful homage to Native American land, as is the title, which is a reference to the nickname for the three main agricultural crops of indigenous North America: squash, maize, and climbing beans. This is a story about self sustainability and living off the land, living without walls between each other in a world where we’re all able to support each other because we’re not just focused on ourselves. It’s a beautiful story with beautiful art and I remember now why I loved it so much as a kid!

The Three Sisters book review. After I read this book, I felt... well... very, very moved. I put my full interest into this book. I also want to mention that I didn’t move until I finished the book. Very Adorable and True. I love this book because it is almost like my family. I am the oldest of all three of us, and I am strong and I love to dance. My sister, the middle one, loves cooking with our dad and is very kind. The last one, the red head, loves everything clean and loves gardening. We DO NOT get along that well. It is very difficult when there is only three of us. However, there are times where we help each other and love each other and play altogether. This book is a very good example for young kids that are one of three. I love this book and I recommend it greatly.

Amazing!!!!. This book was awesome! The moral, EVERYTHING!!!! I am in love with it!!! Even though it’s a children’s book I still love it!!! It’s heartfelt and teaches a good lesson; put your differences aside and help your siblings. We could use more free children’s books like these!

It is a lesson learning book. I like how this book teaches you a lesson. It teaches you to not always. Think about yourself, or their will be consequences. It also teaches you to not be selfish, and to be grateful with what you have. And all hat put together it is still entertaining and kid friendly. So those are my two reasons for why I LOVE this book. Sorry it is so long.

#wastesyourtimeandmoney. 1, where are the girls parents!? They weren’t anywhere in this book. 2, so short!! For kids older than 8, it will take you 2 mins to read. 3, make the words bigger!! The words are to small for people. 4, it was rude to call that girl squashy, because she actually looked squashy. 5, no human is so tall that they hit their head on the ceiling. 6, one girl was so lazy that she wanted to make a chair that could always bring her anywhere. 7, kids can’t live in a tent. The tent was so small!! How did they sleep? You should explain that.....

But then, all of them decide to make plans for their house, but the house couldn’t stand it anymore that it collapsed! But they saw that a corn thing was standing with some squash on the ground. Then they saw that the veggies worked together. So THEY started to work together. The end
