Beautifully written. Couldn't put the book down all day, DEFINITELY one of my top 5 favorite books of all time.

Great read!. I really enjoyed this book! It wasn't your classic fairytale story exactly. There were realistic struggles and consequences. I was surprised by at how much I liked these characters and the way it was written. I highly recommend! It's a great read!

A-MAZE-ING!!. This book had me laughing, crying, and falling in love with each word on the page. I was sad to finish the book, I wanted to just keep reading more.

READ THIS. This book was AMAZING!! At first I found that I prejudged based on the idea seeming corny and cliche...but in fact the author highlights just how amazing a cliche can be! Furthermore, this book I think is great for anyone that may be questioning the ability to fall in love, or how to feel comfortable with other people in a personal way, or even the scary thought of losing one's virginity! Love this book...give it a go!!! U won't regret it!!!

?. So most of the reviews for this book were positive but I found this book to drag on. The main character Talia is selfish and acts like a child. It actually mentions this in the book several times and she gets very annoying as the book progresses. I can appreciate as the book comes to an end that she finally grows up a bit, but it's not until the very end and makes the book drag on. I gave this book 3 stars because it's definitely not the worst book I've read but I wouldn't recommend it either.

So good. I stayed up till 5 am reading it because i couldn't stop until i finished it.

Terrible. But I had to keep reading to see if it would improve.

Overall good read. At times this book seemed to have superfluous details. However, despite that one minor glitch there was enough drama and enough character development to to make it still relatable and interested in the story. Overall, I enjoyed the book and would recommend it if you need a good read with easy to follow characters.

Great read!!. I enjoyed this book! It was really intriguing since the first page! However, I was a bit annoyed with Talia through the whole book lol I hate to read a book where the main character is so confused as to what she wants! I can't tell you how many times I had the urge to throw my phone due to her stupidity. But it was worth and I loved it!

Great story!. Couldn't put it down. I loved the characters and hated a few too! It was a Little annoying at times how immature Talia was BUT it was so nice to read a story with a lite bit of depth AND for it to have a resolution without purchasing a whole series!

So much to learn. At first I was skeptical about this book, but as I kept reading I fell in love with the characters. It took me on an emotional journey I wasn't expecting, at the same time it was sexy and fun.

So Much to Learn. For light reading, I thought it was a pretty good story.....

Great All-Around Story. Really good story with great character development. You find yourself reading intently for more than just the main love story. There were times I'd get frustrated with the main character's, Talia, immaturities but in the end I think it made me like her more because the author did a really good job of making sure the character acknowledged her faults. Plus she was easy it identify with in that sometimes we all just want to stomp our feet at a situation.

Excelent book. The pace and the plot of the book were very captivating. The book keeps you on your toes the entire time, and you can't help but wish a happy end for the characters involved. A must read and re-read for sure.

Thumbs up!. This book was awesome. I'm a sap for dramatic love stories and although I had to skip a few pages as it was a bit lengthy, I absolutely adored the characters and just the book as a whole. Great job!

Looooongwinded book. The basic story was good, despite the various subplots. The reason it received only 3 stars was that it was sooooo long. It should have been edited down to about half. Who cares what color and style her clothes were when she got out of the shower? Toooo many useless details.

Too much drama. I understand girls have drama but this is too much. As much as I tried, I couldn't get half way through. This woman needs to grow up!

Disappointing Heroine. Overall, thought the book was okay. Just couldn't like the main girl at all. I understand that is part of the point but I didn't see how she really ever redeemed herself. She was just aware by the end that she was an immature bi*ch. I wanted to see her actually grow up a bit.

Loved it!. This book is well written, the characters are lovely, there's an entire story included (none of that to be continued or more later crap). Be prepared to laugh, cry, worry and best of all, feeling involved and caring about what happens!

Still reading it, but.... I’m still in the process of reading the book but I felt the need to say a few things already. Notably, the lack of proofreading; “tool” instead of “fool”, for instance. This happened repeatedly. Also, the Aussie English was annoying in that the author took it for granted we knew it all. It would have helped if the first time an Aussie word was used she gave a hint. I’m still not sure what “tutes” are… Not sure I’m going to finish it. I like her writing style, though. It’s fresh and interesting, and she’ll use a word I wouldn’t have thought of to convey just the right idea. And I’m enjoying getting to know more and more about Jack. The jury’s still out on Talia.

Refreshing. This book was nice and refreshing. I love how the story wasn’t rushed and one is able to be in the moment with the characters while they went through their traumas. Being that I am from the States, I didn’t quite pick up on certain Australian sayings in this book but I figured the majority of things out. It was too a perfect length and I LOVED the ending

3.5 Stars. This book was okay, but it could have been better. I know that this book is written in Australian English, but the author’s sentence structure seems off to me. Also, do Australians really say “three quarters of an hour” instead of “forty-five minutes”? That was weird to me. I didn’t hold any of this against the author though. I rate this book 3.5 stars because Talia is so hard to like. She’s immature, rude, and has a victim-like mentality. She snaps at people, is unable to see her own flaws, and is extremely judgmental. She’s a control freak who makes poor decisions. She’s somewhat insecure, which causes her to lash out at Hailey, and it’s all unwarranted. I literally wanted to strangle her. She kind of didn’t deserve a guy like Jack. I would have liked to see more character development beyond her just repeatedly apologizing. Also, this book is unnecessarily long. At least 200 pages could have been shaved off if the author didn’t describe everything in such detail...unnecessary detail. I found myself skimming and skipping whole pages of descriptions that weren’t pertinent to the story. Eventually, I started skipping to the dialogue to avoid reading these long descriptions. It was quite annoying.

An old favorite. I read this once already back when the author was in fictionpress. The story of Jack and Talia still haunts me to this day. Beautifully written and I'm so glad to have stumbled upon it again.

Stayed up all night reading this. This book was good enough that I stayed up all night because I couldn't put it down. Which says a lot. However, at some parts it does drag and some descriptions of things go overboard, but it's worth your time.

Can I please strangle Natalia?. God, Natalia, the main character, was EXTREMELY irritating. In the beginning, she wasn't so bad, but I grew to truly hate her. She kept on screwing up and while we all make mistakes, she was just absolutely ridiculous!!! Many times, I found myself wanting to jump in the story and strangle her. The way she is just makes me so mad. The main reason I'm giving this story three stars is because of Jack -- he's also the reason why I bothered to read the whole thing. And the other characters were amazing as well; I didn't have much of a problem with anyone other than Natalia. However, as annoying as Natalia was, the overall story was fairly alright. Interesting enough. It was very long (1500+ pages!) but I actually managed to make it all the way through. There were some good chapters, but most of the time, I just felt... fed-up. On a scale of 1-10 on how much I feel like this story is worth the read, I would say 7/10. Kinda because I still have the urge to strangle the MC. Ugh. If you do decide to read this, you'll understand and most likely feel what I'm feeling. So if you could, please hop in the story and choke Natalia for me. Thanks.

Great pleasure read. Once you get passed a slow (and honestly, somewhat painful intro), this is a GREAT read! It's not just a predictable love story, or a porno in book form; it's a clever, well-written story that keeps readers engaged. Definitely interested in this author now!

Nice. Nice read, but overly complicated with side stories

Memories. This book honestly is my favorite! At times it drags on but the underline meaning really hits you where it hurts. It makes you remember that person you first fell in love with, and how amazing and wonderful it felt. It makes you feel so many things that are just amazing.

You need to read this!. Reading this story in"Australian English" was no big deal. Loved the well written story. Loved the length of the story. Loved the developed characters in the story. Just read it, already!

Too wordy. I started reading the book over the span of a week. I'm one of those people once I start a book I want to finish it good or bad . This one dragged and dragged and many times I found myself skipping to the quotes ... It took forever to get to the point. The plot was ok. The main character was annoying . I think I read it to finish it. If you have time to read it then do so otherwise this book is to wordy

Awesome book. Loved this book! Couldn't put it down! She strayed from her thoughts but in a good way. I had a connection with this story and was so sad for it to end.

You Wont Regret It. I was pretty skeptical about this book going in from the excerpt. I thought it was going to be one of those cheesy predictable college romances. And sometimes it was... BUT THE CHEESY PARTS WRE SOME OF THE BEST PARTS! I adored this book and the amount of heart it held there are so many circumstances and people to relate to all while giving you a Healthy dose of humor and sarcasm;) this book is definitely a keep, must read and read again.

Good. It's a good read

So much to learn. "WOW" what a great book with lots of laughing and the odd tear .. I couldn't put the book down ,the story line was gripping a must read for anyone ..well done Ms Jessie L Star ".

Needs a proofreader.. This book is OK, but not great. The quality of writing isn't brilliant and the main character is selfish and often bratty and annoying. The thing that annoyed me the most was the poor punctuation throughout. Also, the cover photo is awful and very off putting.

Everything i hoped it would be. I love this writers style, it's so refreshingly true to life and the story itself was captivating and lovely! I could not put it down and read the whole story in one sitting. You know it was a good read when you are left with that warm glow feeling.

Wow. I loved this book! I was so engrossed through out it hardly out it down. The story line is brilliant, however at times could be slightly complex was still very well thought out. All the characters were well described and built up. I'd say the only con was the length. It is quite long for a romance book I would say however this meant you could actually get to know the characters better. I often found myself getting so deep into the book it was like I was feeling the emotions of the characters! A brilliant book would definitely recommend

Great story. Really enjoyed reading this book. Only reason for giving it a 4 instead of a 5 star review, however, is the fact that I think too much blame had been put on Talia concerning the whole Sim/Sam/Mick situation, considering Sim refused to talk to her about anything. Anyway, great read, definitely recommend to those looking for a touching story.

Good read. This book was really good, I honestly wasn't expecting much, being free online, but I was pleasantly surprised! The characters had depth, and lives, jobs, family and friends that were also interesting and relatable. The romance part was not heavy handed and the plot was not too predictable. Gave up. This book started off well for me, despite the characters coming off more English than australian (we don't say 'sod off'). Half way through the book though it became difficult to read. Unfortunately for me the main character, Natalia, became unbearable. I eventually gave up and didn't finish the story.

Wow!!! What a book..... I'm not sure where to begin... Although at times this book can be a little long winded it is most certainly worth it. Characters who make you feel you are a part of the story. A plot that that leaves you wanting more. Sexual tension that you can almost feel... I cried, groaned in frustration and laughed out loud... Definitely a book I will would recommend to anyone looking for a full length novel that will take you on an emotional roller coaster!!! I look forward to delving in to more of Jessie. STAR 123 IS BACK!!!. Jessie L. Star (aka star 123) is an amazing author who's great at telling it like it is, and very good at showing both sides of a character's problem/issue very well (such as Talia's shortcomings and her reasons behind doing things)... I'm so glad you're back to writing (even if it's just to fix up old works, like this one!!). Talia is definitely a much more relatable character now, with noticeable flaws and with a lot more people with realistic reasons to dislike her. Good job!
