Excellent basis for treatment. This booklet shows many different developmental positions and their compensations. Very useful for handouts and giving visual handouts for each progression.

Lacks detail. Disappointed in that positions shown but not what can be performed from them

DNS self-treatment. This book is useless to anyone who doesn’t know how to use the positions or what to do when in the positions shown. For “self-treatment”, I would expect some explanation of what you’re trying to achieve and some indication of a program for use, not just a brief description of the position shown in the photograph.
