Liberty Begins. Ok read, good story, not a stand alone.

Love it!. I’m sorry but this series is one of my favorites. Read all 3 in a weekend, couldn’t put down!

Great book. But did not realize it was part of a series. Stinks. It was the best read in a while.

Never good when you have to read the next book for conclusion. Frustrating read and confusing for the most part. I forced myself to continue just to find out I would have to read 2 more books to get the conclusion of a strange story to begin with.

Not a fan. Didn’t like this one at all, the story didn’t make sense, their chemistry didn’t make sense. Not a fan even though I like her other books.

Completely Unrealistic. I am not into romances where the girl falls in love with a man old enough to be her father. The beginning of the story is very slow and then the story quickly moves to them being in love (even though they have known each other a matter of days). She knows nothing about him or why she is with him but loves him anyway. Also she is a stripper, but a virgin stripper who is completely insecure about her body. It seems to me, strippers know their own beauty, so that is not at all believable. At least not the way it is written. While stories like this aren’t real life, none of it is believable enough to buy into even for entertainment purposes. I couldn’t finish the book due to the absurdity of the story line and don’t recommend.

Not worth the read. The plot is weak and ridiculous. The hero, john is to boring and Liberty is a ok but again boring. The plot is confusing and the writing is poor. To much 'inside your head talks". Disappointing.

Not that good. I agree with an earlier reviewer: this was a weird book. There were exclamation marks that didn’t really fit. It was very factual, this happened and then this and this is how I felt, yet it was unemotional. I skim read it to be honest (I actually don’t know why I kept reading as it wasn’t that good). Such a strange storyline, the female lead was taken across the country and did not seem to care - in what world would this be okay?? She’d think ‘why is this happening’ and instead of finding out she’s say ‘oh well, I’m tired I’ll sleep’ or some such nonsense. I stopped reading two thirds through - even though I wanted to find out the ending - because it just wasn’t that good and none of the thoughts and behaviors made sense.

Unbelievably weird. This is so badly written. The writing lacks any emotion. The story itself is not really believable. Certainly won't waste my time with the rest of the series.
