Stories from Hans Andersen by H. C. Andersen Book Summary

“There was once a prince, and he wanted a princess…”, but also, “Many years ago, there was an Emperor…”
There are also the mermaids, the Snow Queen, the Nightingale, princesses and many other characters, which make these fairy tales magical.
Hans Christian Andersen was born on April 2, 1805, in Odense, Denmark. He was one of the most famous authors of his time and he will remain one of the best fairytale writers of all times. He died from liver cancer on August 4, 1875, in Copenhagen. He had written 168 tales, among which, the most famous were “The Ugly Duckling”, “The Little Mermaid”, “The Snow Queen” and “The Emperor’s New Suit”.
His stories are everlasting, never-fading classics, which will never be forgotten. With his talent to write in a simple language, giving vivid descriptions in his stories, he drags the readers inside them, showing them a world of fantasy and magic. What is even more important is that his fairy tales have a moral value, which teaches children on the right things and behaviours.
In this book, in which several of his stories are compiled, you will find: • The Snow Queen • The Nightingale • The Real Princess • The Garden Of Paradise • The Mermaid • The Emperor's New Clothes • The Wind's Tale Reading these stories to your children will transfer them in another world, another reality, where they will find their place among the main characters and will make them as if though they were part of the tale.
