Enjoyable. Great read!

Started out good but quickly turned way too cheesy. At first the story caught my attention, it was interesting and different. But then it became so cheesy, like the characthers were so suffocating. And her conflict about the feelings for ashton were kind of ridiculuos. I only finishish reading it because I wanted to see if it got better but no, the more I read the more exasperated I was. I should have expected the absurd cheesyness when they literally mentioned the book Twilight at the beggining of the story as one of her favorites books.

Fantastic re-read!. Guarding the Broken is part one of Nothing Left to Lose. I read this story when it was first released as Nothing Left to Lose and I love it just as much now. I can't wait to get started on part 2 Blurring the Lines next!

Amazing. One of the best books I have read and I’m a pretty avid book reader. I loved that it was long and it continually kept you interested and never had any boring points. Definitely one of my favorite books now.

Rip off…. I was never bothered enough by this book to leave a review, but now? You split the book into a series to try to get more money out of people? Ashton and Anna’s story was one book for years. And it is NOT worth paying for. Guess I’ll delete it from my library.

A Wonderfully Tragic Story. This book is quite possibly my favourite Kirsty Moseley book to date, a rerelease of Nothing left to lose, split into two full length novels. Part 1, Guarding the Broken introduces us to Annabelle Spencer as she celebrates her 16th birthday with her boyfriend Jack. In a devastatingly disturbing turn of events her life is turned upside down and over 3 years later Annabelle is still left broken. With a threat to her life still possible, and as the senator’s daughter she has an armed guard with her at all times. Not that she wants a guard, her attitude and behaviour mean that none of her guards gave lasted very long, that is until Ashton Taylor, once Ashton enters her life, everything changes. A wonderfully tragic story of love, lust and complete and utter heartache. I loved Ashton with a passion, he is hands down one of my favourite book boyfriends, ever. Annabelle was a perfect match for him, I just wished she would let him into her heart completely. Book 2 here I come.

Love love love it. I can’t believe this was a free book. This series is amazing and I’ve re-read it so many times all ready. All of her books are so amazingly written and give you that perfect “book boyfriend” feel

A must read!!!. This is part one of Nothing Left To Lose, and follows Anna who is truly a very broken young woman, and Ashton the SWAT agent is sent to be her personal bodyguard posing as her boyfriend. This is one of those books that even as your reading it, you don't want the story to end. It's a story I wish I could bottle all the feels of reading it for the very first time, so that I can read it all over again and experience every single emotion like I'd never experienced them before. It's also a book that I can read and re-read and love more and more each time! Guarding The Broken is a very emotional story, Anna has been through so much from the age of 16 and you just want to hug her and tell her everything will be fine. Ashton is amazing, he's a man you'd love to have in real life, he's perfect and he's perfect for Anna. He truly is amazing and makes me swoon with just about everything he does for her. I am in love with this book and I always will be, it's a beautiful story that will stay with me forever! Now onto part two! #TeamAnnaton

A find favourite. I read this years ago when it was being written on Wattpad. It is still a favourite book of mine.
