If only I knew then what I know now. I got so introspective of my young self and how hard I was on myself and to this day. You two are good therapy for me. Love the way you relate to life.

Love. This book has helped me more than I imagined. I have been a long time listener of the podcast and have never felt that I related to these two but I gave it a whirl. I laughed, I cried, and I listened to them talk about internal issues that only I thought I experienced. I feel extremely empowered after listening and I can not recommend this book enough.

I’m not crying, you’re crying. So much deeper than I expected. Truly wonderful, heartbreaking, illuminating, empowering and funny. Even if you don’t like true crime, hell even if you don’t like podcasts, give this a listen. It talks and teaches you about the universal truths and vulnerabilities of people, and for that it’s amazing.

Thank you. Just as you mention all of your “ah hah!” therapy moments, I found moments like that, myself, in this book. This shed so much light on why I am the way I am. I love that I can relate to this book so much, as I’ve faced many similar struggles to yours. I will never forget the bit about 13 year olds, and how so much of our brain can be completely ruined at that age. It truly started for me at 13 too. Realistic Advice and also amazing. These women tell their stories in a way that is so honest and captivating. As a fan of the podcast it was the easiest and most exciting read I’ve had for a while. My mother is not a Murderino, and even she read and loved this book in just 2 days. She is now recommending it to all of her friends. Read to learn something, or read to feel understood.
