Helen does it again!. Freed is everything we have come to love about the Steel Brothers saga. There was a bit of drama, a bit of sadness, quite a bit of pain and OH THE HEAT!!! Dale and Ashley were a smokin' couple to begin with but in Freed they truly turn up the heat! There were a few twists and turns that had me gasping (sorry no spoilers) but you will just love this continuation!! I love how much Dale and Ashley mirror Talon and Jade's relationship. It was a bit of a full circle moment during some of the conversations between Dale and Talon. I cannot wait for Spark this Fall! I am interested to see which of the two Steels who are hinted at will be the focus!! Enjoy the ride everyone!

Dale is freed finally. Wow…another sitting on the edge. Well it’s obvious. I am hooked on the Steel Family saga. It’s been quite a ride so far. Can’t wait for the book to be released.

Beyond amazing. I think this characters story hit me harder than any other. I bawled my eyes out when Dale finally breaks through. Of all the characters I’ve ever read about, I’m rooting fit his happily ever after the most. Helen, you outdid yourself again. You have a true talent, a gift, and I don’t know what I’d do without the escape I get from your storytelling!

Dale’s story is a roller coaster of emotions. I experienced all of the emotions the characters where dealing with. Each book in the Steel Brothers saga has taken me into their world of love, lost, betrayal and hope. Great read ever single time. Looking forward to the next book. Thank you Helen.

Freed is absolutely enlightening…Delving further into the Steel Brothers …Dale is a brooding, self deprecating gorgeous hunk of a man…Ashley is a gorgeous almost wine expert..starting an internship at the Steel Ranch…living with her friends family…a spark ignites between them…after a brief kiss…Their story is full of passion, hatred of one’s self…and the love that blossoms between them…Ms.Hardt continues to captivate us …grabs us from the beginning…holding us until the last word…Magnificent!

Emotional Love Story. Freed continues Dale and Ashely's story when sparks fly. Dale is torn between his feelings for Ashley and the demons that he has within himself. Ashely loves Dale and only wants to be with him, support him and show him that love can destroy the walls that Dale has erected. There are so many facets to Dale and Ashley's relationship that is tested throughout this amazing story. Dale has learned something from his birth father that he now holds a secret and close to his chest. Hiding from his past threatens his future and the love he is developing for Ashley. Ashley navigates finding love at a time in her life that was most unexpected. Ashley's synesthesia is tested when emotions are raw and the colors foreshadow what is to come. Fires in the vineyard, weddings in Las Vegas, a death in the family, and an all-encompassing love all lead the reader to love Dale and Ashley's twisted and emotional story.

Another great read in the Steel saga!. This is the next installment of the Steel brothers saga. I keep thinking that the storyline is finished only to read that it really isn't. Helen Hardt takes us back to Dale Steel and his struggle. He's haunted and although we think we know the reason, we really don't. Dale Steel does not think he is worthy of love. He loves Ashley but feels that love is not forever and that their time together will be short. We really get to understand his psyche and examine his fear. Ashley is the woman who loves him. His struggle is her struggle too. She wants to build a life with him but he won't open up. We see Ashley's strength but the love she has for Dale is palpable. Just when I think Dale's story is over, Helen Hardt reels me in again and now I must wait for the next book in the series! Read this series. It's a page turner. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I will be anxiously waiting the next book in the series.

Nails it again!. The Steels Never Disappoint!!

WOW!. Whew, what a ride for Dale and Ashley! As with all of the books in this series, there are always twists and turns. Can Dale confront his demons and be able to have a “normal” relationship with Ashley? Can Ashley handle all that Dale has gone through? It will take a strong couple to get through this emotional landmine. Just when Dale and Ashley get their happily ever after, another twist seems to be around the corner!

Always breath taking. Always keeps you turning the page

The Right Road. Great read with a few surprises and some laughs. The book did not disappoint and ready for the next one as there is never enough chapters.

Five Stars. I have really enjoyed reading the Steel brothers series. Helen Hardy is an amazing writer. Every book, every story , every character. You can feel their pain, their happiness. It’s like you’re living everything with the characters. I love these books. I can’t wait until the next book comes out. I know it will be great.

Freed. I love this series it takes you on all the motions you can’t think of it has everything you could ever want to read in a book . The only thing I would say now is there is so many characters that I am losing track of them maybe a family tree would be great I have tried to do it myself but I am lost at parts thank you Helen I love all your books
