DNS self-treatment. This book is useless to anyone who doesn’t know how to use the positions or what to do when in the positions shown. For “self-treatment”, I would expect some explanation of what you’re trying to achieve and some indication of a program for use, not just a brief description of the position shown in the photograph.

Amazing tool. Amazing tool to give to patients who need to practice DNS position. This will also saves time taking photos of the patients in the different positions

Lacks detail. Disappointed in that positions shown but not what can be performed from them

Easy to use. Good basic explanation of developmental positions. Good for quick reference, patient education and to use as a basis for progressions within each position

Excellent basis for treatment. This booklet shows many different developmental positions and their compensations. Very useful for handouts and giving visual handouts for each progression.

Very Nice. This is a great little resource! I was introduced to DNS at a workshop with Charlie Weingroff and the 6mth old supine position helped to reset my low back! I like that there is a section on common mistakes so you make sure you're doing everything properly
