Excellent. I love how this book lays the foundations and provides a vision that can be implemented by anyone in a business from the CEO to an intern also to consumers when they by a car or by a bar of soap. I also really appreciate that it is an easy read that gets trait to the point giving the reader freedom to grow after finish in the book. Finally the last chapter gives unmasked honesty that is very valuable.
