best series...EVER.. I have read every single Mercy Thompson book. I LOVE THEM. I find myself looking for new books of her series pretty frequently, I wish a new one would come out every day to keep up with how fast I go through them. Just like a fellow commenter said, " you laugh, you cry, and you even giggle." The story is incredible and you will get attached to all the characters.. you'll be just like me. In it for the long haul. PLEASE keep writing more about Mercy Thompson!

Great Story. But I must say I think Columbia Basin sagebrush desert is austerely beautiful at all times of the year, not just during the 3 weeks each spring when it is covered in wildflowers—notwithstanding the abominable cheat grass.

Night broken. It began as a " can't put down page turner"! 200 % better than " Frost Burned". Night Broken was the perfect mix of action, some suspense, love triangle and mentioning and cohesively bringing past characters into the story. Then comes the ending, a major Disappointment!!! If this is how Patricia Briggs wanted the ending, she really needed to add an epilogue .

Another winner!. Couldn’t put it down after picking it up. Loved it!

Amazing!. As always Patricia Briggs has brought her words to life! Another fantastic installation of the Mercedes Thompson series!

Favorite author. I absolutely love Patricia Briggs' books. I just can't get enough of her writing style. I laugh, I cry, I even giggle. I recommend her to all of my friends. If you have not had the pleasure of reading one of her stories yet, then what are you waiting for?? I am not a rereader of books, however, I have reread the Mercy Thompson series & the Anna & Charles Alpha & Omega series multiple times. I devour the books every time I read them, You too, will just eat them up. They are that good.

Night Broken. ALL the Mercy books are awesome! Briggs is an incredibly talented writer whose ability to develop great plots and characters is such an amazing talent! I highly recommend all her books.

Outstanding!. Alright, I’ll start with my singular peeve: I could do without the sex scenes. They’re tasteful, but all but one felt shoehorned in. The best part about the Mercy Thompson books, about this book as well, is that you can never quite be sure if Mercy or her companions are actually going to make it. This book, though definitely a very quick read, had me worried and guessing. The ending is great, and has left me eagerly anticipating the next chapter in Mercy’s life.

The entire series is awesome. This is one of 2 series that I just keep re-reading. It's so hard to find this genre and not have it feel like it's targeting the young adult demographic. This is what I look for in a series. I am completely hooked. I tend to gravitate to novels with strong female leads and Mercy is one of my all time favorite characters. She's strong, smart, thoughtful, and realistically flawed. I am anxiously awaiting the next book in the series ❤️

Wow!. This is the BEST YET from Patricia Briggs and her Mercy Thompson Hauptman series! I was skeptical about the EX as a character in this book, but it was exceptionally well done.

What's next for Mercy. I love Patricia. Briggs' books. Her characters are so interesting and I always hate to reach the end. Looking forward to reading more about Mercy, Adam, Coyote and the wolves, fey and vampires. If you like her other books you will enjoy this one. Loved it.

Night Broken. I've loved this series from the beginning. Love the humor, the valor, the adventure. Love reading a story that moves in a direction I don't try to anticipate because I'm enjoying the ride. It's an interesting universe.

Amazing! 💕. I love all of Patricia Briggs' books and yet again she has outdone herself! I could not put it down, I cannot wait until the next book! If I could rate this higher I would but alas there are only five stars.

Another great read. This book does not disappoint.

Loved it!. Unfortunately, I read it in one day and am distraught about having to wait for the next one. :-) This go around the book seemed too short. Like it came to an end before it's story was complete. It's screaming for an epilogue to wrap it up. However, I still enjoyed it very much and hope the next book will not take the usual year to come. Or at the least a new Alpha & Omega book to hold us over. :-)

Best yet!. Didn't think there was any more to write about Mercy and all of her majics!!! Plot, characters, narrative...all amazingly great. Read this in one compelling sitting. Thank you, Ms. Briggs

Night Broken into light. What's a Mercy book without a good dog fight! One of the best ones yet! Never stop writing so I'll never stop reading!

Well Worth Reading. It was as good or better than the first book. I felt very satisfied at the end. I look forward to the next one. This was a very worthy book for the series.

Awesome. Briggs once again did an amazing job with Mercy and her pack. Love her series my only wish is that it had been a little bit longer.

Back to awesome. I wasn't thrilled with the previous book in the series. It felt predictable and too contrived. This book brings back everything I love about Mercy's world. Other than a few minor quips, this book is fantastic! A great read packed with action, magic and mystery. Thanks for getting back to awesome, Ms Briggs!
