My favorite from LL. I've read pretty much all of her books and I think this is my favorite. Such a sweet story that makes you want to keep reading until the very end.

Some of Layne’s best work yet!. I have always enjoyed Lauren Layne’s writing style, but she continues to exceed my expectations. Her writing is maturing, as are her story arcs and character development. CUFF ME is is the third and final installment of Lauren Layne’s “New York’s Finest” series. We follow the relationship between Vincent and his long-term partner, Jill. Jill returns from a 3 month sabbatical with some major news, which changes their relationship forever. This story had my heart in a vice from page one. Having an already established friendship between the main characters allowed for a level of reality atypical of the romance genre. Their chemistry was fantastic and the build up of tension was explosive. CUFF ME is some of Layne’s best work yet. Keep ‘em coming, girl!

Wonderful read!. Typical of all of this author's books...pure entertainment and sweet romance. Read all in the series. You'll love the rich characters. Plus, this series gives insight into how truly demanding, yet rewarding, it is to be a member of the NYPD. 😊

See me. This is book # 3 in the New York's Finest series. This is a book that can be read as a standalone novel. To enjoy fully and understand all the inside jokes from the characters involved, I recommend reading in the order intended. Vincent and Jill have been partners for six years. They know each other well. They have an excellent record as detectives also. They are basically best friends. Jill has been in love with Vin for a while, and finds that he will never change so she must move on. She comes back from assisting her mother in Florida with future plans that rock Vincent's world. Vin has known he has had feelings for Jill for a while. When she left for 3 months, it made him notice even more the hole that was left in her absence. He plans to change all that with her return. Seriously hot and soul wrenching! I eagerly read the words on the page and did not want the book to end. I found the characters development and pace to be spot on.
