Sunshine. The second book in the Bosshole series is an enemy to lovers story. Owen is the rich, handsome flirt. Carrie is beautiful but shy. She makes him want things he’s never wanted before and he helps her see that she is a desirable woman. Along with Lucas plus Logan and Parker- this second installment is another funny, romantic read. Kristin MacQueen has a winner here!!!. This author does an incredible job writing her books! Owen is a terminal bachelor with a secret - a couple of them actually. He’s in love with Carrie who hates him! But when she needs help learning to date, he offers to help her. At first Carrie resists but she comes around. Owen is a huge flirt so Carrie doesn’t always take him seriously. It doesn’t help that she has a huge crush on him as well. Kristin MacQueen is a fantastic author with an amazing talent. I love her books and they always make me happy to have discovered her. I try to draw out reading her books because I don’t want them to end!. Loved it!. Resisting the Bosshole is the second installment of the Bosshole Files, and begins right where Assisting the Bosshole ends. While it isn't necessary to read Book 1 first, you will truly be missing out on a great story if you skip it. This book follows Owen and Carrie's relationship. Carrie wants nothing to do with Owen. She has never had a boyfriend, and certainly doesn't want to start with a playboy. When she realizes she can never move forward without taking a first step, she asks for Owen's help to enter the dating world. Owen comes off as a flirtatious playboy, but is far deeper than it seems. Despite his history, Owen is emotional, thoughtful, generous... and hard headed. Carrie isn't as shy as she seems, but her confidence is lacking. The banter between these two is great - hilarious even at times. I look forward to Book Three!!!

Great book. This was another sweet funny book. Not a lot of spice but it was so funny it didn't need a lot of spice. Kristin did a great job with character development and the characters were relatable. You won't regret picking up this book.

Obsessed with Owen. I absolutely loved Owen and Carrie. They started out as “enemies”-ish, but Owen is just a chronic flirt. I loved their banter and how willing Owen was to help Carrie learn how to talk or be around guys. Owen is truly a huge softy when it comes to Carrie and only wants the best for her… even at the detriment of his happiness. Carrie quickly falls for Owen’s charm and realizes that he is her HEA. I also loved how supportive everyone was of Owen’s secret and how they were willing to show him that it changed nothing about how they viewed him. While I loved Parker and Logan’s story, I swoon for Owen and his Sunshine. 😍. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
