Firefighter Finn thought he left the nightmares of war behind, moving to Sanctuary Bay to be with his two youngest sisters. He's trying to live a normal life and act like the hell of war isn't breathing down his neck with every step he takes. The last thing he needs is a relationship. When Addie and Finn meet in a bar, both fight their immediate attraction with sarcasm and arguments. Neither wants to pursue anything more, but fate has other plans when they spend a steamy weekend at the beach. After an arsonist starts terrorizing Finn’s sisters and the town of Sanctuary Bay, can their relationship take the heat?

Unsuspected. Addie sure is a spit fire!! Although this is part of a series, it could be read as a standalone story as well.... But I recommend reading both, they're MORE THAN worth your time!!! I cannot wait to read more!! ARC received from BookSprout for an honest voluntary review. Due to sexual situations, this book is recommended for readers 18 and older!
4stars. I’ve been wanting to read Addie’s book since she was introduced in Crossing the Line. She was a firecracker and I wanted to see what other trouble she could find herself in. I love that she was able to give Finn peace. I was heart wrenching what he went through. Now on to Halle and Luke’s book.
