Mind Blowing Story. Noon is one of the best writers of modern fantasy. Not the Dungeons & Dragons, sorcery schools or other rehashed ideas, but fantasy with original concepts that allow him to explore human impulses. In the first of the Nyquist books, Noon paints a noir picture of a city in perpetual light, and how this affects the citizens perception of time. I highly recommend this book.
This was definitely a mental struggle to read. Not only. Not only did I not finish it it was very Confusing to keep up what was going on
