Emeline Sanchez is caught up in circumstances beyond her control and hiding it from even her closest friends. She is being tortured by an evil vampire by corrupted blood. An ancient Carpathian, Dragomir comes to her rescue but if Emeline accepts Dragomir she will be rescuing him in return. This is one of the first paranormal romance series I’ve ever read and here we are 27 books in. We’ve come a long way from Carpathian Mountains to find the Lost Brotherhood and a new group of American leaders. I always enjoy installments in the Dark series. I I received this ARC copy of Dark Legacy from Berkley Publishing Group. This is my honest and voluntary review.

As expected, amazing. The Dark series continues to provide stories that make you want more and more after you turn that final page. This story line shows the series getting better and better. The vampires are getting smarter and trickier which creates more intense responses from the hunters including the ancients, lifemates and the children they protect. And it was great to see one of everyones' favorites becoming a big part of this particular story line. As expected, already ready for the next one.

What a great read!!. I was in two horrible hurricanes Irma and Maria . My son bought me this book for my birthday and during Maria I read the whole book. It took me far away... I love reading her books, and I must say this will be my favorite so far.

Love this book!. Emeline and Dragomir have a way of blending the ancients, the humor that the older Carpathians is so dry but makes you laugh out loud. I'm looking forward to the next story. Emeline is so solid in character, Dragomir handling of the children is so dead on to show them the powers the have has to be treated with respect. The way he stands by her and supports her is wonderful. This is new favorite.

Loved it. I loved this one and all the other dark series as well. I was getting frustrated with the vamp not dying, I was ready to jump through the pages to kill him myself. I just am sad the next don't come out til next September please release sooner. The suspense is killing me!!!!!)?😭😭😭😭😭😭☺️☺️😭😭☺️☺️☺️☺️😩😩😩😩😩

Dark Legacy. All I can say is wow! After reading and rereading this series, this is by far my favorite!

Dark Legacy. I think this is one of her best if not her best. The way she tied in familiar characters and brought back forgotten ones was nothing short of brilliant. I can't wait for Gary's story and Elizabeta's as well.

Amazing Story. Dark Legacy has become my favorite Dark book. Although I say that each time I read one. Emeline hiding from Dragomir and then him having to convince her he is her life mate was beautiful. Dark Crime was the perfect set up for the Ancients. Blaze is a warrior who doesn't back down. A great match for Maksim. Dark Carousel Tariq and Charlotte complement each of their. Tariq is a much more integrated into society and knows that the Carpathian race must move forward. The dragons that the brothers created were fantastic.
