Good!. I read about 3-4 books a week and this book was good, it read a lot like a TV series and was very entertaining from multiple point of views. Would recommend.

Awesome!!!. I loved Ruthless People. This is the best mafia romance I've read so far. Liam and Melody are amazing. I love Melody she's my favorite character. Liam the boss of the Irish mob meets the beautiful and, amazing Melody the boss of the Italian mob. I liked how Liam expected her to be a doormat but she surprised and impressed him. Liam and Melody were perfect together after they got over their trust issues. Killing anybody who gets in their way because nobody messes with the Callahans.

WOW!!!. This book was recommended to me because it was free and most of those are mediocre at best. Not this book! I was blown away by the dynamic characters, the plots and schemes, all the action and their steamy sex. I didn't even know I was missing a mobster romance until today! Melody and Liam are two people you do NOT want to mess with and I can't wait to see who they murder next!!!

This book is epic!!! Okay. Read it. This is not my first mafia book but let me tell toot, it top all the others it was executed so Effortlessly it seems as if it was real life. Loved it. I’m on the next.

Download this book NOW!. Omg JJ - you knocked it out of the park with this one! This is a great perspective of the inner workings of a crime syndicate. I am a fan of crime family stories but usually authors kind of glaze over some things and focus on the relationships. But JJ gave it all to us. I love Liam and Melody and it's incredibly refreshing to read a story about a woman who's tough as hell. I'd never thought I'd be rooting for the bad guys lol!

Wow! just wow. Brutal. Vicious. Addicting. Fantastic.. Plot is intelligent, keep you hooked. Great characters, dialog were believable. Storyline has twist and turns making it a fine read.

Best series out there. Honestly one of those rare books that you can't put down. Simply brilliant.

Nothing Like It. I finished this book in 4 days. I could not stop reading. The author does the superb job of making you care about characters who do absolutely terrible things. You root for them and understand their pains, frustrations, and want to take over the world. The love, the hate, and the passion these characters have will pull you in and never let you go. This book seamlessly threads the past with the present. You truly know each character. I’m happy to say I bought the sequel immediately after I finished reading this one and I can’t wait to read what happens!
