New Obsession!. Sahara Rose is incredibly knowledgeable and wise. Her book has so much information that is easy to read and easy to apply to life. Learning about your dosha and an Ayurvedic lifestyle has truly been a missing piece in my life. Also, her podcast, Highest Self Podcast, is life changing!!!
