There aren't enough stars to convey my love for this book!!. 10 Stars So we've all been pretty anxiously waiting to get our hands on Ghost's story and now that Ive finished it I can say it way definitely worth the wait. I had absolutely no idea where Lani was going to take us on this latest journey with the Dixie Warden Rejects and there was no way I could have predicted any of it. When I found out Ghost's identity to say I was shocked would be a major understatement. I couldn't get my head around it and it threw me through for a complete loop! Although I was a little mad at him for being a "ghost" I still fell head over heels in love with him, when we learn his reasons for his actions I knew he did what was best and thought of everyone but himself and that was one of the major reasons I loved him. The others were the fact that he was so dedicated to his family and constantly looked out for them and also his bluntness. He had me laughing so hard a few times when he was so blunt! The characters in this book all have a special place in my heart but Ghost's wife was a great heroine. She wasn't like I expected her to be and there was no unnecessary drama just for the sake of it. His daughter though instantly stole my heart. She was such a sweet child and the way she bonded with Ghost even before everything went down was so bittersweet. I have loved each and every one of Lani Lynn Vale's books but Ghost's story has come in head and shoulders above them all. This book blew all her other work out of the water in my opinion and it will definitely be a tough act to top. The mystery surrounding not only Ghost but his entire family kept me enthralled in this story, I couldn't get enough and I have ignored everyone and everything all day so that I could finish it. This story had so many things happening. There was mystery, suffering, murder, lies, laughter, secrets and a heaping pile of heartbreak thrown into the mix. I really wish I could give this book more than 5 stars as it definitely deserves it, Lani has poured her heart and soul into this book and it shows in the writing. This book left my emotions in a complete tailspin, I never knew what to expect next and that is one major bonus in a Lani Lynn Vale book for me. She kept me guessing as to what was going to happen in the end and I never could have even imagined some of the things that this family were involved in. An amazing addition to the Dixie Warden Reject series! Before you read this book I highly recommend you read the previous five in the series plus the Dixie Warden series so as you can keep up with the storyline. This will help you understand things so much better than if you don't as there are major parts of the story that you will miss out on. All I have to say now is Bravo Lani, Bravo for exceeding our expectations!

Say what???. I have read most of the inter linked series and Ghost is my favourite by far. Every twist and turn had me at the edge. All I can say is WOW!
