Foolish. Hard to follow the story because the silly and farfetched one liners caused a cringe inducing distraction. Most of the story focused on the unfunny and unrealistic ‘banter’ between police officers which was often irritating when trying to follow the discourse of the actual story. It’s a shame really as the plot was good and the book had the potential to be excellent if the focus had been on the telling of the story rather than ensuring that each paragraph had a minimum of five ‘jokes’ a piece.
Logan lives. Another Logan book I couldn’t put down, love the writing style the details and humour make these books a pleasure to read, just sad I’ll have to wait a while for the next book.
