Amazing. Best book ever

Easy and Enjoyable approach to self improvement!. This is a must read if you are an adult who claims to be a lifelong learner. Approachable, understandable, relatable and very simple ideas to working on a better version of yourself.

Honestly in my Top 3 Books. This book is easy to read and the ideas presented are easy to implement. The best part is that it’s a short book. Clear drew upon multiple sources to make this a concise and convincing book. Absolutely loved it.

A must read. Everyone should read this book. I’m in my mid 20’s and this book has calmed my mind about approaching and building my future. It gave me a tool to help me reach my, once thought, impossible goals and stay motivated in the process.

Good ideas but a slow read. I thought this book had good ideas but was very slow and repetitive.

Habits rule. This book helps you to get control over negative habits while accelerating positive habits.

Needed this. Doing the 75 Hard challenge at the same time as I read this. It was almost like a perfect explanation of what I hope will change for me after I’m done with the challenge.

Favorite Self Help read of ALL! TIME!. As someone who has undiagnosed adhd 😅 I struggle with procrastination, non-commitment, impulsive behavior, perfectionism and the list goes on and on. This book not only helped me to understand my habits on an atomic level but gave me the confidence and the know-how to make effective changes in my life WITHOUT ALL THE PRESSURE! A 1% positive increase over time can compound into astronomical differences in your life. This is a habit ‘bible’!

Life changing. Great book that has me reevaluating everything I thought I knew about the way my life operates. It gives you practical solutions to take your life off auto-pilot and gain control of even the smallest things.

Super Actionable. I found this book to be profound, well-written, super actionable and practical.

Struggling with he little things? Not after you read this!. A family member of mine recommended this book to me and I could not be more appreciative that he did. The amount of insight in this read in endless and very easy to comprehend! I myself am not much of a reader. I have struggled and still do at times to get into the mindset of sitting down to read and relax. After diving into Atomic Habits this is one important aspect of life that I will continue to make one of my habits and its all because of the systems this book has helped me put in place. 10/10 would recommend to ANY reader out there!

Believe the hype. So many ppl recommended this book and now understand why . Basic yet effective concepts to navigate through life

Outstanding. I knew the content of a lot of this book, but seeing it all written out so clearly was incredibly valuable.

Life Altering. This book saved my life. Bold statement I know but when you start to understand how small little negative habits are eating away at your success, happiness, joy and love it becomes scary to think of what 5 or 10 years down the road looks like. I listened to this book in December of 2018. I only started to apply these tools in February of 2019. I was at my lowest at that point. I was 192lb, drinking at least 2 drinks a day and rarely exercising. I let my business falter and my marriage was heading down a terrible path. This book sparked me, but not only that gave me tangible tools to make the tiny micro changes I needed to do I could get back on track. It started with 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups. We are almost a year later to the date and I have lost 20lbs. I have completed 75 Hard and am not only in the best shape of my life I feel like I am in elite shape comparatively. My business is thriving and I have had so many opportunities hit my plate in the last 2 months that I can barely keep up. I have fully prescribed to the notion of setting huge goals and then setting the smallest habits to get their. Thank you for writing this book and truly saving my life. I cannot express in words how different 2019 would be had I not read this book.

Too practical. This book is too practice lacking theory ,statistics, good examples, or abstract concepts. It’s not thought provoking. I also didn’t experience any single ah ha moment while reading. I would would suggest that reading a summary is more than enough.
