Bad writing but I still finished the book. I think there was something about the story that kept me wanting to know what happened, but it’s very obviously copaganda, particularly for the LAPD… and everything was just poorly written. So many unnecessary adjectives

Good read. I really liked reading this book. The twists and turns were a pleasant surprise and nothing was really drawn out too long. I think there are some characters/ situations I would have liked to see be developed a little bit more but over all I really enjoyed the book

Nice book but the final was very short. The story was good and in one moment I couldn’t stop to read but I didn’t like the way that everything finished , I think that it was a very short final with a lack of details

A dozen deadly roses. liked that this book was written by a real police officer about a real crime in a real place. It puts a plus 3 in the interesting category! She keeps it in line with the insight a cop would have and includes the area the crime is happening. I lived in San Fernando valley and am familiar with that area. For me, it was like being in the neighborhood and hearing the latest of what’s going on. I look forward to reading more.
