Majority of book reflects on Anxiety or Fear. I wish this book had been more uplifting. This book focuses on all of the negatives of life so in-depth. Chapters that go on and on about Fear Anxiety Desperation and how negative your childhood must have been. It’s to the point to where it’s seems to project negative emotions and thoughts onto the reader majority of the book which for a person like me this just didn’t mesh with my positive mindset and lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong there are some good takeaways but the effort put into explaining and mentioning anxiety and fear, it’s just a NO for me. Do not read this if you are attempting to be in a better mental state.
