Didn’t finish. Couldn’t hold my interest

Pitch Black. First in a wonderful series that is full of memorable characters and exciting plot lines. I guarantee you will enjoy Pitch Black and fall in love with Emmy. You will be impatiently waiting with the rest of Elise’s followers.

Awesome Romantic Thriller! I’m Now Hooked on the Blackwood Security Series!!! :). If you like romantic thrillers with strong leading ladies, amazing characters and twists and turns you don't see coming, this is the book for you!!! Warning: This book is the first of The Blackwood Security Series and if you read this one, you'll want to read them all! (Worth it!). There is some strong language (cussing) in the “Dirty” version, but it completely fits with the character. With her background, I'd be disappointed if she didn't swear! If that’s not your cup of tea, read the “Clean” version. The plot and characters are fabulous in both versions!!! Plot Synopsis: Ash and Luke have a romance that every girl wants... except for Ash's grief. When Luke finds out that Ash isn't the stable girl he thinks she is ... Throw in a kidnapping and this book is off to the races! (pun intended) One of my favorite things about Elise's writing style is her character development. I honestly feel like her characters are my friends. I highly recommend this book! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! :)

Pitch Black is a whirlwind of.... Mystery. Fast paced, enticing you to keep reading. Leading you further and further into their lives, now entwined, to become as an outsider watching them through the window, up close and personal. You can’t not finish it.

Awesome Book. Pitch Black was the first book I ever read by Elise Noble. It is the first book in the Blackwood and after reading it, I became hooked on Elise’s books. Pitch Black contains a exciting plot, suspense, awesome characters, and romance. These are the main elements I love in a book. Elise’s characters are so much fun you feel like they are your friends. Pitch Black gave me some great new friends, especially Emmy.

Beware! Highly addicting!. I got this first book for free in audio from an author’s recommendation. Now, 56 books, 9 series and 8 audiobooks later… I’ve devoured them all multiple times in less than a year, and gotten family members and friends all blaming me for getting them hooked too.

Pitch black. Great book, got me within a few paragraphs, well written and good characters. Trying to picture who the lead in the movie is would be difficult, Jennifer Lawrence would be my no.

Great Read. Nothing to dislike…the book has serious drama, a special love interest, awesomely skilled operatives, suspense and a very neat twist. Good start to a great series.

Mesmerizing!!!!. This book captivated my attention from the first two pages. I didn’t want to stop once I started reading it. I fell in love with all the characters and felt every emotion in the book as if it were happening to me. Best book I had read and then went on to read all the books in the blackwood security series! A must read!
