Spoilers?. Love Georgette st Claire’s books, however this one did not make the cut for me personally. In my opinion it sort of forced the romance on a back burn to the action and his struggle over the death of his fiancé ten years ago literally made me cringe. If that’s your thing right on, to each their own. Just would have liked a review/summary with some actual info cause I likely wouldn’t have bothered with this one had I known more. Again I love Georgette st Claire’s books just not this one and obvi my opinion is not the same as everyone’s.

Fantasy was on point. LOVED the fantasy setting, hated the “love story” aspect. It just felt too forced. Zoey’s story of working to heal a broken place would have been enough. Would definitely read more about Encantado, just without the weird romance part.

Interesting. 2.5 star rating. PNR mafia story, but not really. This was more like bizarro world. I wish I could say it was terrible, but it really wasn’t. A bit juvenile. Ridiculous story, with interesting characters. Zoey was very, very naive. Dominic was a clown alpha. Definitely not your typical PNR.

Loved. This was a great read I enjoyed the well developed and engaging characters and the storyline flowed smoothly from the beginning to the end. This is the first book in the series and I enjoyed it a lot. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I couldn’t put it down!. This book is the perfect beginning to a brand new series. Zoey and Dominic check all the must have boxes as they head towards their HEA. Action, suspense, heroes and villains, love and jealousy, romance and regret, and so many wonderfully unexpected twists and turns that I just had to keep reading until the end. Oh and did I mention wolf shifters galore? More than one pack even, with so many more magical creatures that you never know what is on the next page. I loved this book and can’t wait to see what happens next
