Great read but. Entire book was A1 but that ending was…. WHAT?! How do you end it like that ughhhh when’s the next one out?

Hollow Plot and Characters. This book felt like it needed more world building. The series centers around Tau but doesn’t develop him at all besides being a great fighter. He’s like a caveman when it comes to anything more than fighting and it gets annoying after awhile. There’s also little things that take you out of the immersion. The characters never sleep in this book. It just kind of skips over parts where they should have slept. Battles, to marches, to fights, to sieges, all done with two scenes of actual sleeping. Altogether a decent story and cool moments but felt like it could have been executed a lot better

Good overall. Good book overall. Some sloppy writing in places, but overall enjoyable and able to get you to feel for the characters :)
