I love how she put together magic with the issues toddlers go through. Andrea stands up to Kenneth’s mom. They end was surprising and I couldn’t put the book down. Spooky. These books are a shorter read. Not as much steam but solid building of affection for what it is. Mothers. Mothers are very special people! In this story you have a very special child who needs a mother. How she gets her new mom is very interesting reading. You have a Scottish family of unusual abilities and great at getting revenge in odd ways without hurting the person. So take the father of the child who is locked under house arrest add to it the child and a surprised woman mix well and let the fun begin! Twists and laughter and love makes this book very interesting reading!

How Hard Can it be to Control a Two Year Old?. Kenneth MacGregor has his hands full trying to raise his young daughter Jewell. Even with the help of his extended, if somewhat disfunctional family, things are not going well. When his mother hires Andrea to be her nanny, he is extremely suspicious. Andrea has been running for the last two years from a dangerous supernatural force. She is just about at her wits end when she ends up in Wisconsin, broke and in need of a job. It’s obvious right away to her that things are not what they seem in the town. When she finds a portal in her motel bathroom directly to the MacGregors house she feels like Alice falling through the rabbit hole. When Marguerite offers her a job as Jewel’s nanny she tries to turn it down, but Jewell has other ideas. This is another hilarious romp with the crazy MacGregor family! I was glad to see Kenneth finally get his happily ever after. After what he has been through the last 25 years he definitely deserves it! Full of fun. This is a great instalment in this series, it’s full of fun and giggles from Jewel’s antics and how she plays with her family, but there is heaps of drama both from Andrea’s backstory and Kenneth/Jewel’s side. Loved it!. A fantastic addition to the series! Andrea has been running from an evil spirit for 2 years when she turns up in Greene Vallis. Then strange portals take her to the MacGregor mansion and something prevents her from leaving. Afraid she is bringing danger to the family she tries to leave, but a beautiful little girl named Jewel wants her to stay. The little girl’s father does too. Loved this story and the sweet romance. Highly recommend!
