Heartwarming, Witty, and Absolutely Captivating!. I am so in love with this book! This, I believe, is the last in this incredible series, which is such a shame. However, it couldn’t have ended on a better note. This story is a testament to the old adage about not knowing someone until you walk a mile in their shoes. The character of Hastings Monahan—Hasty to those who love her... or just love to annoy her—is a prime example of this. Everyone thought they knew her, but you can’t always judge someone’s heart by the image they portray to the world. This book showed us that there is so much more to this character than what’s on the surface. This story is one of growth and self acceptance for Hasty. It’s also an absolutely beautiful love story, and illustrates how life changing it can be when someone really sees you and loves you for it. This story and these characters are masterfully and artfully brought to life by Julia Kent. And if you can read this story without it warming your heart and bringing a smile to your face, you might want to check your pulse because you’ve either got a heart of stone or you’re dead. * I was given an ARC of this book and voluntarily chose to review. A Terrific Ending. I didn’t think I was going to like Hasty as she’s been rather unlikable throughout the series. Boy was I wrong! Losing everything she had and thought she wanted, she starts finding what she really needs. (And Ian is enigmatic as well as hot!) This was a terrific end to the serie

Awesome read.. The last of this series and my favorite. Coming back from adversity, being at the top of your game and loosing it all, makes for a level playing field. Throw in the past, competition, sister, her friends, family and the conman Is the “never-husband” (Love that word). We also have cow birthing, sheep milk and bunny garden, this book has it all. Awesome ending to the series and a sweet read. Enjoy!

Fantastic Finale!. This final book in the Do-Over series is bittersweet to me!  I loved all these books and this final story of Hastings (the gal you loved to hate) and Ian was fabulous. Ms. Kent has the writing chops to take a character that seemed to have no redeeming qualities in the previous books and brought your thinking around. Not only did Ms. Kent make Hasty redeemable, but also admirable. Ian is just a true knight in stellar armor! He is a financial wunderkind and likes to do things on the down-low.  Like helping Hastings when she feels like there is no one left. The sparks between Ian and Hasty are hotter than the hinges on hades gate! I loved the directness of both of them, it was refreshing to read. I loved the twists and turns that this story took.  This was a fast-paced read for me that I couldn't put down until the end.  And what a beautiful ending it was, to the story and to the series!

Ok. I really enjoyed the first three books in this series and since Hastings was present throughout, I went into this book not liking her very much. Unfortunately, Hastings is Hastings. I didn't find her meanness funny in the first three books so I don't really find it funny in hers either. The other thing that really made me struggle with this book was Ian's absence. I never built an investment in their relationship since he wasn't around for about 80% of this book. This was definitely more chick lit than the romance I was expecting.

Loved it. This is the fourth and I believe final book in the Do Over series from Julia Kent and she certainly ended the series well. As with previous books I have read by Julia Kent, Hasty was well written with characters whose story you cannot help but become invested in. This is Hastings Monohan’s story and as I have not warmed to her in the previous books I was interested to see how her story panned out. I have to say that Ms.Kent turned my opinion of her around with a story that had me riveted from the first to the last chapter. Hasty has reached the pinnacle of success but what happens when it all comes crashing down around her suddenly and she is left with nothing? Forced to return home to Anderville, Mass, Ian McCrory is more than happy to help her get back on her feet, the only question is whether Hasty will let him? For Ian, he knows there is more to Hasty than she has shown and he is determined to help her be all she can be. I loved Ian, he is totally swoon worthy and ticked the boxes for me. It was truly heart warming to watch the growth and journey Hasty goes through. There was humour as you would expect from a book written by Julia Kent but there was so much more to this book and I happily recommend it.

Great story to end with. Hasty is the final book in the Do-Over Series and what a perfect story to end the series on, this is a fun entertaining read featuring Hastings Monohan. This was the book I have been waiting for and I wasn’t disappointed, it was everything I have come to expect from Ms Kent. Hasty has worked hard to become successful but what will happen when the life she thought she was living turns out to be full of lies and deceit and she finds her world tumbling down around her. The only thing left for her is to go back to her hometown of Anderville, lick her wounds and try to start over but what she didn’t expect was for Ian McCrory to follow her back to the small town she grew up in but sometimes help comes from the people we least expect...... Ian is determined to help Hasty, he knows she has potential to be the best again and being attracted to the stunning woman doesn’t hurt either.... I loved this book, it ticked all my boxes and I really enjoyed this heartfelt romance that has the perfect mix of love, humour and drama. I swooned and I smiled as I was drawn in to Hasty and Ian’s journey, I was captivated from the first page and there was no putting down until I had read the final line. This book will appeal to a wide range of audiences and I highly recommend it.

So much to love about this book!. Hasty is an entertaining book about Hastings Monohan, it really packs a punch and you really will feel for everything she goes through in her life! Its the 4th book in the Do Over series by the author. I loved everything about this book! I loved how Hasty seems to become a better version of herself especially after what happens! There is such great banter, some rather funny moments and friendships that kept a smile on my face as I read! I often wondered how Ian McCrory knows where she is! His attempts to get close to her are rather funny and of course who could resist the billionaire gorgeous man! She tries her hardest but also has some things she has to come to terms with! I definitely admired her tenacity to stand up for herself, she deserves someone who treasures her! There was just so much to love about the whole storyline but I will say that you have to read it for yourself and devour this amazing enjoyable book!!

Exceedingly enjoyable. This was an exceedingly enjoyable read. A culmination to a fun series. Life isn’t always how we want it, nor works out as we envisage. Being adaptable is the key. A bonus is finding someone who shares a similar taste in tacos.

An easy, laugh out loud, fun & romantic read in Hasty. This was Hastings “Hasty” Monahan and Ian McCrory’s laugh out loud, Do-Over story. I was really looking forward to the release of this fourth book in the Do-Over series written by the amazing author, Julia Kent! An entertaining and funny romantic read that can be read on its own, although I got more from the book having read the others in the series - I enjoyed being taken through the familiar sights of Anderhill and reconnecting with the other endearing characters that I’ve gotten to know. Admittedly, I wasn’t a fan of Hastings before this book, but by the end of the book, I was cheering for her! An easy fun read that was hard to put down - I would recommend reading this! Hasty is at the peak of her career and signs the biggest career deal of her life. However, on this same night, she gets arrested because of her con man husband Burke’s shady financial deals. Her husband has left her, she has all her worldly possessions seized, her career reputation and credibility are ruined. With nothing left, she has to move back into her parents’ home where she grew up in Anderhill. The one friend that stays in touch throughout this difficult time is Ian McCrory, her career arch nemesis, but also a very attractive, self-made billionaire. It takes Ian’s determination, patience and time to get through to Hasty (who does not want to be helped or want the attention), however his persistence is worth it! I loved it!. This is the fourth and last book in the Do-Over Series, an amazing Romantic Comedy. I LOVE this Series! You can read Hasty as a standalone, but believe me, you don't want to miss one book in the Series. Hastings "Hasty" is Mallory's sister, and we met her in Fluffy, and she was such a mean character! I love how the author redeems her in this story! She is feisty, talkative, hilarious, strong, independent, capable, and smart. Ian is handsome, supportive, and caring. I love his determination to help Hasty. The supporting characters are amazing. Hasty's parents are wonderful characters! The storyline is intriguing, hilarious, and beautiful. This is my favorite story in the Series. Hasty and Ian are wonderful characters, and we get to see all the previous characters from Fluffy, Perky and Feisty! I would love to revisit it in audiobook (narrated by Erin Mallon!). Looking forward for more books written by Julia Kent.

I just knew that I needed to read this. I’m not really sure what I was expecting out of Hasty’s book. I just knew that I needed to read it because I had so deeply loved the books that came before it. I probably should have, but I certainly never expected the woman we all loved to hate so much in those previous books to be a complex, vulnerable character with hopes and fears I could relate to. I hated the necessity of seeing Hastings brought so low, but she needed something with enough impact to shake her free of her bad attitude and worse behavior. I think it’s both a blessing and a curse to see this story from only Hasting’s viewpoint. I think I got to know her really well, but even at the end of the book, Ian remains a bit of an enigma to me. The one thing I was expecting was the humor, and the author did not disappoint me in any way shape or form on that front. This is probably not a book to read in public unless you’re comfortable with strangers looking at you oddly when you giggle-snort and belly laugh for no reason they can see. I kind of hate that it’s all over now. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
