A MUST READ. Every inch of this book was amazing. It kept me engaged, entertained and inspired. I couldn’t put it down and I definitely didn’t want it to end. If you’re on the hunt for a new book I’d strongly suggest giving this one a go!

Great Outlook On Life. Since I am just a little bit older than Matthew, I found myself relating to many of the family and life experiences he went through. I really enjoyed his story and his personal writings. The poem “Selfish” really resonated with me. Thank you for the read Mr. McConaughey! Well done. We need men with an outlook like yours in government helping to guide our country. I look forward to hearing more from you in the future.

Life-Changing. Read this book if you’re breathing. It’s life-changing and good for the soul. In the best way, it’s like you’re chatting with an old friend, over some drinks, long into the night, where things get deeper & make more sense. I couldn’t read the book fast enough, yet I was sad when it was over. I cannot recommend this book enough.

Well meaning memoir. If you’re a fan, you’ll enjoy the story of rags to riches. If you’re a fan an young you may find a mentor. As an older reader, I found it too preachy.although very well meaning.

Moving at the Speed of Greenlights. The book is about a real person who lived life honestly. His truth was in his imperfections. Moving forward in life requires to be moving at just the right speed to catch the Greenlights. And when the light is yellow or red know the difference. Wisdom comes from experience if you are aware.

So good!. I didn’t think I’d like this book, but I loved it! MM is a talented writer and excellent story teller. His life story is pretty incredible.

Surprisingly wonderful. This is the first memoir/biography I’ve ever gotten through fully. You can hear his voice throughout the entire book. It’s funny, intimate and insightful. I love it!

Reflection of my life. I could never finish a book. Always after I read few paragraphs I disengaged and got tired or lost an interest. Mr McConaughey has lived a quite a life which some parts I could relate to and that’s what made me stay focused and kept me entertained reading through his adventures. Of course there are few differences how I and Mathew live our lives. Mine was not caught on camera or written publicly to millions of people, yet! ;) With all due respect. We are all living in our own movie and have our own script to act. Some are caught through lenses and some aren’t. So whether we are here to tell our children only or the whole wide world. We all live it and no one will live our lives for us. Thank you Mathew McConaughey for the inspiration and turning some of my red lights to green. Wish I could meet you in person someday.

Amazing !!!. Powerful life story and messages throughout the book. Not only are they things we can easily relate to as human beings, but they are things we can apply on a daily to better ourselves and the things that surrounds us. I give it a 11/10 for its simple, straightforward and genuine perspective.
