Sleeping Bear. Wow. What a brilliant debut from this kid. Had me on the edge of seat pretty much the whole way. Great characters, vivid landscapes, superb writing. The plot has elements of past books but the author does a great job of mixing it up and throwing some curveballs. Overall worth the time and money and hope to read more from this guy. 8.75/10
Phenomenal First Book. It’s hard to believe this is the first novel for Connor. Well written and keeps the suspense with every chapter. Congratulations on a winner!!

Simply fantastic!. This was one of best detailed, creative, fast paced novels I’ve read in a long time. For a first time author I hope more writings are soon to come.
Sleeping Bear. Connor Sullivan. A truly amazing read!! A former Army veteran, actually the first female Army Ranger Cassie Gale is recovering from the death of her husband who she found hanging from the rafter in their barn. He suffered from PTSD. She decides to go camping in the Alaskan wilderness to relieve the stress she is suffering from. While there is is kidnapped and taken to a Russian prison where much to her surprise there are a number of Americans being held prisoner there. While there she discovers who her father really was a coveted CIA assassin and her mother didn’t die in a car accident but was murdered by a Russian general in retaliation for the muder of his son by her father. His sons death was a sanctioned CIA hit. What unfolds is an amazing tale full of suspense, intrigue and non stop action on every page!! Enjoyed immensely!! My highest recommendation!!

Nice debut. All the tropes a thriller reader expects and a surprise or to…or three. Predictable final act, but all thrillers have that…trope. The Epilogue is just a hair too sappy…but a fun read—and I’m a sucker for a ——- ———…
