Fun. This was a super fun short novella based on the characters in previous books--Rhi and Con. It was a fun little read. It gave readers a chance to see even deeper into their relationship. If you are a fan of the series, it's a must read. I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Red journal’s. I love reading about Con and Rhi’s love story! Being able to see passages from Con’s famous Red Journals, seeing how much he struggled with doing what he wanted for himself and what was best for his family...... My heart breaks for them all over again! So happy that they were finally able to let go of the past and move forward together.

Con’s beautiful declaration of love. I no longer need to search for a Valentine card. Donna Grant has put into words what American Greetings and Hallmark have failed to do. Con poured his heart into the red journals for decades upon decades. His expressions of love and devotion for Rhi explode off the pages. Now that Rhi has found one of the journals she can't resist. Open the pages of Heart of Gold and discover just how much Con loves Rhi and how much he missed her. Rhi does one better and show him the same. Swoon. All the declarations of love. Heart of Gold will be stay close by for all of those times I need to reminded that love exists.

Beautiful, Tear jerking. This novella had all the feels for me! Couldnt put it down! It was nice to see that Con actually feels, and how much their love has transcended time it self. It was so well written, and just the right slice of heaven! I thoroughly enjoyed this short read, it was a great segway into the next books!! Im impatiently waiting for the next release!!

The Saga Continues. This is a short novella that continues the story of Con, King of Dragon Kings and Rhi his mate. It is Con’s words written in his journal about the time spent apart from his mate and love, Rhi. Love is everlasting, even when apart and this book shows the love both Con and Rhi had and continue to have for each other. I’ve read all the books in this series, but I now have to go back and read them again and there are insights I missed. A truly enjoyable book and perfect continuation of the saga. This is a must read if you are a fan.

Terrific addition to Con & Rhi’s love story!. So romantic! Just in time for Valentine’s this emotional story that’s all hearts and flowers and a great addition to the heartfelt love story between Con and Rhi. This pair has been through so much and the glimpses into the sexy king of kings’ head and his love for Rhi is swoon worthy. I love this couple and their emotional journey, plus it’s not over. A peek of things to come with their twins and their continued story is exciting. I can’t wait for the next installment. This is a must read for Dragon Kings fan and a telling glimpse into the hearts of two exceptional characters in Con and Rhi if you’re just starting this amazing series. My heart is bursting with renewed love for all the sexy dragons and their mates. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.

Oh My Heart!. I have often wondered what Con’s red journals contained. What emotions he revealed in he private confessions. The little hints we received throughout the series did little to prepare us for the depth of emotions we find in this novella.
