Good but overwritten. I don’t want to discourage the author at all, but the book read a little like a wattpad fanfic or a soap opera. The characters were sweet, but as unrealistic as the plot. Which is fun when you’re reading a romance novel to escape, but any romance seemed to be b…or c story. Overall it felt predictable and drawn out, with too much backstory, unnecessary detail, and subplot. Spoiler alert (kinda) I think the whole stalker thing and drama with her mom kind of took over the book. I would have liked if it was toned down a little, and we were actually able to learn more about the characters and their ability to coparent. From the beginning it didn’t make sense why they both took so little convincing to try to make the relationship work and I never really learned why. If we’re supposed to believe it was due to a ton of passion it would have been nice to see more. It’s like the book is unrealistic with the characters’ commitment to each other and drama, but painfully realistic with how slow real world relationships move, complicated family relationships are, and the monotony of day to day life. I think the story could be edited to be a coming of age novel with romance b story, a mystery novel with romance b story, or a romance novel with a mystery b story. But all three at once was too much. Even if there were cliches, the author did a great job turning them a story. I look forward to reading more from them!

Good read. Enjoyed the book very much. Reese was a perfect gentleman throughout the book. Delilah was pretty cool considering how much she put up with all her life from her narcissistic mother. The book had some good characters and a few that needed more development but I guess that’s for the rest of the series. All in all it held my interest for the entire book.

One Night Stand=True Connection. Delilah has a one night stand and ends up pregnant. Reece begins a new job for Delilah’s father. Little did they know, their chemistry would cement their connection. Loved it!

Great read. This was a crazy treat. I love reading stories about babies and how they change the characters during the story. I enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it.

Security Breach. I was going to give this book a 4 stars until I got to the part were she goes to visit her Mother in jail. And the ending. The worst ending ever! Way to ruin a otherwise good book.

Security Breach. This was a really great book,I hated to get to the last page because it was such a suspenseful page turner!! This book is a romance book but also very much a suspense novel as well.

Needs more….. The story has good potential but the book needs more development. The conversation doesn’t flow naturally and a lot of information is unnecessarily dumped in the first couple chapters.

More like a cook book than romance. Every chapter there is descriptions of the food they ate .. every meal from breakfast .lunch .dinner . Repeat

Reece & Del. The blurb is a little bare for info so I wasn’t keen to read this book but once I started I couldn’t stop. It flows well and the characters are well written. I loved it!

Security Breach. I read the book but feel reluctant to recommend it. The storyline has potential but I think the author stumbled a lot. First off the the first person narrative came off as clumsy. Secondly, the characters seemed just as conflicted, clearly not as developed as they should have been for a published story. The female lead who was young but seemed to be described as mature for her age but dialogue and actions were at times like a teenager. And frankly the older leading man sometimes came across as very immature. If you like a lot of contradictions then this is the story for you, otherwise you might want to stay clear of this book. Certainly not the most satisfying story to read. At this point I wouldn’t spend the money and buy one of her books but if a free book of this author is available I would venture to read it out of curiosity to see if her writing has improved.

Security Breach. Really good story! Delilah sure goes through a lot during her pregnancy over and above the normal challenges. I will enjoy reading this book again. Very well written. 5 totally deserving stars!

A little lame. Story not realistic. Who keeps answering phone calls from a mother who emotionally abused her growing up and keeps telling her to get rid of the mistake while pregnant. Then when she shows up to visit just prior to the birth, invites her to stay? Oh what a surprise when she was just pretending to care. And her very best friend shares information about her to her mother knowing how she treated her? What a great friend.
