When she get home she found Santa Clause holding down a criminal who try to break into her place. After the police came and get the criminal she ask Santa to check her apartment out to make sure that there is no one inside. So she asked Jack to come be her boyfriend for the wedding. Easy Read!. Romantic and sweet.

Sweetly emotional. Really enjoyed this sweetly sexy, emotional and heart racing holiday adventure in the awesome small town of Starlight Hill that I have come to adore. Highly entertaining and exciting journey that was so fun from beginning to end.

Santa saves the day and then some. Fallon and Jack are an unexpected a couple but, in just a few short days they become more than a fake relationship. Jack is Fallon’s ally, friend and lover. He accepts who she is and is falling hard. Fallon doesn’t think Jack is right for her but, he proves her wrong at every turn. This is a romantic story of two people who surprisingly find home together. It has the holiday spirit and hopefulness that is part of the magic of the season. Good book.. Great new addition to the series. Fallon needs a date fast. She needs a man, preferably named Bud, to accompany her to her ex’s wedding. She resorts to speed dating to find the right person, that’s a bust. Santa comes to her rescue when he catches a burglar outside her house. Then she proposes he be her date to the wedding. He agrees with one stipulation, they have to do a road trip on the way to town. Will this pretend relationship turn into something more? *Adult situations. One is Totally Adrift whilst the Other Has Plans Galore as Life Brings Them Together. This is a novella in the Christmas in Starlight Hill series and the main characters are Fallon McQueen and Jack Cooper. Fallon moved to LA to be a celebrity hair stylist to the stars ad has been saving up like crazy to open her own shop. Meanwhile her young son is back in her home town of Starlight Hill, with her ex-husband and she desperately needs a date for his wedding. She has been trying out loads of speed dating events, but the pickings have been dire so far. She is almost back at her apartment, when she sees Santa Claus tackling a man who was trying to break into her flat! Santa turns out to be ex-cop Jack, who has hit the burnout point after a horrific case and quit doing a job he was born for. Fallon asks him to check out her flat after the police take the robber away, scared he might have an accomplice. When he takes off his Santa suit in the warmth indoors, she finds an attractive man underneath and figures se might as well sound him out about being her date for her ex’s wedding. She can’t turn up alone and embarrass herself, especially after lying to her mother about a new boyfriend called Bud, to stop her trying to fix her up all the time! She hasn’t told him about her reputation in the small town and how some people, including her mother treat her and talk to and about her, as her last divorce wasn’t her only one. Not something she is happy to bring up immediately to just anyone. Jack is tired of LA and is looking to leave, but has no plans for the future, something that goes against the life Fallon is leading. She has everything planned out and is working her way back to a life where she can see her son more often and be successful. Jack agrees to go with her, but wants to go his way, no flying, he suggests a road trip and goes out and buys a second hand convertible mustang, just for the trip! He is trying to do a good deed, but it will take a lot to get Fallon to relax, especially with their destination. But at least she will get to spend Christmas with her son and her mother, while her ex is on his honeymoon. He infuriates her with his constant stops along the way and they are further delayed by an accident. She is ready to leave him to get his car fixed, but changes her mind and sticks around. He is growing on her, but her main focus is on getting to spend time with her son after the wedding and also her plans for her own salon. She may have to change her plans and take up her best friend’s idea of reopening an old salon in Starlight Hill, but it means enduring a lot of nasty and snarky comments from a few locals, who have always bullied her. Jack doesn’t take to the idea of lying about his name and having to answer to ‘Bud’, especially to those who know her well, but he did agree to help her out until the wedding and then would disappear, pretending he had work. He didn’t want to tell people what he used to do and no longer wants to identify as a cop, but even Fallon can tell that it is his calling! A meeting with the new police chief for the small town may help him decide on a new path and plan for the future. He will never be quite like Fallon and with a plan for his life, but he will find a new direction with the right people around him. Jack helps Fallon realise that she should no longer allow people to speak to her as they do, especially her mother, and her time with him helps her to stand up for herself more and make some life changing decisions for her future plans and more time with her son. She has sacrificed loads and Jack has endured too much to handle, so they are a perfect fit and need each other! His protective nature and observant eye made his career an ideal one for him, but it took its toll. Her plans have kept her from her son for nearly two years, as she saved and worked every hour she could. Being home for Christmas may well be the best break they both need and a chance to take a new look at the future. A lovely story of fairly ordinary folk, meeting by accident and falling for each other, even if they don’t find a connection immediately and their plans are completely opposites of the other. I received an ARC copy of this book from BookSprout and I have freely given my own opinion of the book above.

Great. A lovely and well written story I couldn’t put it down, and when it ended I was so sad that it didn’t carry on lol

This series just keeps getting better and better,though I have read these out of order.Crazy for You is beautifully written with great characters that you feel for,the storyline,is strong and believable. I highly recommend
