Mystery sure, thriller no. There is a murder mystery component to this book. It should not be described as a “thriller” or “mystery thriller.” Rather simplistic writing and too much of a focus on random stuff being thrown in for the backstory that is either unnecessary or repeated too much.

Don’t Look. Really good murder mystery. Easy to pick up if your distracted by life. Highly recommend!

Main character is two thumbs down. While the book is very well written and the crime keeps you interested, the main character is simultaneously bland, cold, a narcissist, and an unlikable person. The crime kept me turning the page but the main character made me want to quit reading at more than 10 different points. This could’ve been a really great book but I don’t want to read a series where I can’t stand the main character.

Criminal Minds in Book Form. Overall I enjoyed this book and it reminded me of Criminal Minds. There was a little bit of suspense, but I anticipated more because of the book cover. The story itself was fine, nothing too special. I liked reading this, but there were no jaw dropping moments and nothing too special about it.

Amazing work. This book is a PAGE TURNER to say the least. I started it with the intention of just reading it in the mornings with my tea but I had finished it by that night!!!!!

Quick read. For me, the book was a bit predictable but I enjoyed reading the book.

Ok, but…. Is English a second language for this author? Some of the most distracting and awkward composition I’ve seen.

Loved it. Molly Black did not disappoint. Love the characters she creates. I find myself totally enveloped in her books!

Don’t Look. Good story and I look forward to the next Taylor Sage and Calvin Scott adventure. Aside from a few editing problems, I enjoyed this book.

Don’t look. So far this book series is right up my alley and can hardly wait to read the next book which I also just paid for but I don’t think I should start it right now as this ole grandma needs her sleep. 😇

Clunky.. The clunky writing makes reading a chore.

Victimisation aghast…. I like a good book that I can’t put down. I feel like I could see each ‘episode’ fit into a plot of a movie. But have I seen this one before? I love FBI and it’s internal psychological thrillers. I give it a 5 because it deserves the right of the writer and because of the gutsy FBI agent that can figure out a man’s detail, through a man’s head, in a man’s world (at work and at home) where SHE is. Applause :)
