Amazing!. I have only read three of Sarah dessen's; just listen, this lullaby, and now along for the ride! My favorite is by far the story of Auden and Eli! While I'm looking forward to the rest of the series, Along For the Ride had all the great romance and fun of Dessen's best, it also wasn't as gritty as This Lullaby! I recommend this book!

Dessen's Absolute Best. I've read each one of Dessen's books and somehow this book remains my favorite. Not only is it about romance or humor, the story causes both the main character and reader to leave with an open mind. Don't think about it, just read it, you'll like the ride.

Amazing. Sara Dessen is by far my favorite writer. I have officially read all of her books, this being the last one on my list. The talent she has for writing is quite remarkable. Every time I start one of her books I become absorbed in it... Its like living another life that keeps you guessing, and sometimes that's just what you need. This book is a definite must read.

Really good. I read this book in a day when i was at the beach in hawaii. Its really good and hard to put down its a summer romance and very cute :) definitely a good read.

One of my favorites!. I loved this book sooo much! I read it 2 years ago, when it had just come out, and absolutely fell in love with the story! I ended up reading it again this year, because the story still stuck with me so much!

Along for the Ride. This is the first book I've read by Sarah Dessen and I loved it! Not as good as When it Happens but still really good

perfect. I've always loved the books where they were very organized. I don't know why I happen to gravitate towards them but I do. This book reminds me of 'Fangirl' by Rainbow Rowel. again, not sure why, it just seemed so organized. As my first book I've read by Sarah Dessen, I totally will read more and recommend them to anyone.

Love this book. I LOVE this book. It starts out a little bit slow and a few of the characters are unlike able but once you start to understand how they work into this story it comes to life and you can’t put it down. It’s a surprising love story in different ways then you’d expect. There’s usually a new turn that you always like. I highly recommend giving this book a shot👍

Good. When I started this book it took forever to get into it. The main character had no personality and exciting things just didn't happen at first. Once I got half way through the book it finally started getting interesting and in the end it was very good! I think it's worth reading though!

Perfect!. This book was one of the best books I have ever read. This was not the first book that I have read by Sarah Dessen, but it was definintly one of her best! The characters all had great personalities, and they were so enjoyable to read about. I recommend it for everyone who loves books about teenage love and the difficult situations they have to go through.

overall dissapointed. i liked the book dont get me wrong but there wasnt enough scenes with Eli for him to be the main topic. They didnt spend the whole summer together it was more like 2 weeks And the parts with him were short and sweet. Well, not sweet .... too quick -.-

Can't stop reading. I read this book in one night. It was a great read that was impossible to put down, although wish it gave a more detailed ending and didn't skip some important moments. Overall amazing and highly request for anyone grades 8-11

You MUST READ this !!!!!!!. I have read this book & this is my favorite, I have almost read all of her books and this one just comes to life in your brain , you feel like you are there with them , walking around the beach at night, made me cry it was so great , I recommend this to ANYONE , great summer book , amazing work , one of the best :)

Along for Sarah Dessen. I loved this book!!!! I originally had to do it for a book report, but then downloaded it!!! I really love the fact that Eli was the plain simple kid. Every time I read it I get inspired!!!! This is my favorite by far!!!!! I am more into depth romance but this is pretty good for comedy!!! I would have liked to know if Auden and Eli got somewhere.... And if Adam and Maggie finished off.... They should make a sequel to this.... When Auden and Eli visit Isby... And see how she is.... Or narrate the wedding!!!! My favorite character was by far Heidi. She sounded like a Barbie.... But a regular girl who wanted the dream life, but somehow in the end got it. Audens mom was funny.... Fully suggest this and fully suggest this review is too long to read!!!!

The one that made me fall in love with Sarah Dessen books!. It was my first of her books, but I haven't stopped since. Yet, for some reason I haven't purchased it ... I think I need to make that happen soon :)

Best book. This is probably the best book that I have ever read. It was hard to start but I just kept on reading, I couldn't stop. The romance is great and the story is tragic too. I would recommend this book, I could read it over and over again

Love love love. Thank you Sarah Dessen, for writing such amazing, and yet realistic books. All of your books really capture the essence of real life. It's not always pretty. But in the end, you know everything will turn out fine, with the people you love. I love this book, I'd have to say it's one of my favorites, along with 'What Happened to Goodbye' (just finished (3 days)), and... Gosh I can't pick my favorites. It would be like picking your favorite child. Pretty much just wrong. Thank you so much for all of your amazing books. They transformed me from a somewhat huge cynic to slightly-not-all-the-way-cynical : ) By the way, I've realized the sign of a good book. It's when you cannot put it down. For anything. I read 350 pages of this book in one day. (maybe that's why my grades are dropping ;D). Sorry, don't mean to blame anyone or anything for that. But these books are so darn good.

I'm Coming Along For the Ride!. This was an amazing book! First book I've read of Sarah Dessen, and now I'm going to read all of her books! It takes a while to get interested in the book, but further on, it gets addictive!!

Along for the Ride!. I loved this book! This is the second Sarah dessen book I've read (the first was This Lullaby). I've got to say when I was at Barnes and Nobles looking at the summer reading table I stood there 30 min comparing all the summaries on the back of the books and Along for the Ride definitely had the most appealing summary to me. The summary didn't fail me! I loved the whole book! I loved Auden and Eli. I loved Maggie, although I thought she was weird at first. I LOVED Hollis surprisingly. His random phone calls and convos with Auden were hilarious. Haha I also really liked Adam. I loved This Lullaby and Along for the Ride but I've got to say Along for the Ride came out as #1! Dexter was super duper super duper super duper super duper cute in This Lullaby but Eli was just a tiny bit more amazing in my eyes:)

Amazing. I've always really loved Sarah Dessen's books. I've read Dreamland and That Summer and they were both amazing. For Christmas last year, I asked for a couple of her books. The only one I got was Along For The Ride. So I read it, thinking that it was the one I wanted the least. But now I have no idea why I felt that way. I couldn't put the book down! It was amazing! My mom laughed at me, because I kept yelling at the main character, Auden, as if she could hear me. When I finshed the book, I literally cried. It was so good. I fell in love with Eli, and realized that while growing up is scary, you can always be a kid(:

Lovely. This was my first read of a Sarah Dessen book and I found her to have a refreshing way of voicing her characters. There were quite a few characters but they all had distinctive voices and never seemed like contrived caricatures. The relationship between Auden and Eli was subtle and lovely to watch and read as it unfolded. And most of the characters had depth to them, not all perfect or imperfect. But very distinct. And I really liked the setting the story took place in, I really got the feeling of what a small coastal touristy place would be like during the summer. I'll be keeping and reading this one again!

OMGravysauce!. This book was amazing. One day i wanted a good morally clean romance and i came across this. I read it and i was very pleased! Auden is very smart and i liked her alot. The sub characters i also liked. The girls were all about pink and very girly, the boys funny and tough! But my fave chracter was Eli. I loved how real he was. Some boys in books seem too good to be true, Eli was not. He was the typical American guy. Yet he was romantic and spontaneos! Add all these characters together and was an amazing book! If you like chick flicks, this is not for you. If you like romance but not chick flickish, this is the book for you! My only complaint would be how they didnt give as much info about what happened to Eli as i would have liked. But either ythan that i loooooved it!!!!!:).

Along for the ride. This is an amazing book about a girl that's trying to have a childhood which she didn't until now when she is 18. She finds a guy named Eli who tries to help her on her journey. While this is happening she gets a revisit of her past when she stays with her dad and her step-mother and her baby sister. It was very interesting although if you don't like love story books this book isn't for you.. If you do you will love it and find it funny at times and if you can beat my record and finish it in less than 30hrs ;)

My personal fav.. It really is. I've read it handful of times since I first got my hands on it in highschool. I fell in love with it. It is just perfect. Recommend to everyone :)

ONCE AGAIN!!!. I love Sarah's books! Especially thins once that is definitely one of my favorites, it really shows how important all the small things in life are to a person and also how it's never too late to get things right; no ,after how long it may take you. It also shows some of the stresses that come when one is getting ready for their first year of university or college, things are changing and friendships are put to the ultamite test. But from the looks of it, with determination anyone can do pretty much anything they set their minds on. Good on you Sarah! Keep them coming! Sarah dessen is fantabulous! :). Sarah dessen is my favorite author of all time! She has amazing writing skills. I have fallen in love with everyone one of her books that I have read, and wouldn't put them down! This is one of my favorites. It's an amazing story that I adored. I would definitely recommend any of her books to anybody! They are amazing and this novel is that I believe one her best so far! I can't wait till the next book and you should definitely read this amazingly wonderful book!
